pre n post workout

hey guys im trying to see wich would be the best pre n post workout wich include creatine, n gluatamine im use to taking nirto ncg for pre n afterglow for post but i want to see more vaiety n see if it effects my body more or less so if you can tell me what would be the best pre n post that effected you the most i would gradually appreciate it thanks
 
Lit Up, RPM, Meso, Jack3d...etc for pre workout

post - creatine (mono, nitrate, cee...etc) with a meal (protein and carbs)
 
This might be archaic thinking these days, but I always remember reading not to take glutamine and creatine at the same time because your body can only absorb one at a time...

I remember hearing that too, although I have no clue if it has any merit as I've never looked into it.

For my pre basics:
-BCAA's
-Stim (caffeine, yohimbine, synephrine, geranium, ect...just not all of those at once!)
-Beta Alanine
-Creatine (MCC or mono)

For my post:
Lots of protein and some carbs
 
Preworkout-

BCAA's
Beta Alanine
Creatine (CMM, Mono, or Creapure)
Caffeine

Post workout BCAA's and Whey. The stress the body endures while working out combined with the protein IMO should be enough to spike insulin to where it needs to be without a ton of carbs. I will take in a little bit but I believe its overboard to consume too many carbs post workout. Typically I will try to take something that lowers cortisol as well.
