Leaving for usmc bootcamp in April and want to change up my routine, leaning towards military based exercises or exercises that'll be more useful during training besides laying on a bench and pressing as much weight as I can. Besides the obvious running I need to prepare for, is there any suggestions towards a program/exercises that will get me ready for boot? To any active/prior servicemen, is there anything you wish you could have worked on prior to attending boot? I'm in great shape as is but would feel more comfortable with hearing from anyone with any suggestions or experience. Thanks guys.
