oh yeah, tampering is going great, weight is pretty steady at 240, and im loosing a little fat.

strength is pretty good, i think i already mentioned it, but i did 900lbs on the leg press for 5 reps last week, and today i curled 135 for 6 reps.

ive geared my carb cycling towards cutting down now, instead of bulking. It isn't that much of a difference except a different order of the high and low days.

sounds good man, so are you gunna try and cut down to like, get a 6pack or just going for the solid bulkin look?
if its the 6 pack i'd like to know ur meal plan for after

ive had a six pack a couple times in my life, and it doesn't give me the overall satisfaction i think other people get when they have a six pack. I just want my upper chest/arms/back and upper abs to be more defined...

all ive done now is switched up the way i cycle my carbs:
sun - high, mon - med, tue - low, wed - high, thur - med, fri/sat - low
plus ive been doing my cardio a little bit different also, i get in at least 10/15mins a day 5 days a week instead of doing say 20mins three times a week. I can tell its been helping me lean up a tad while kind of maintaining my weight.

I will probably do this for another couple weeks, possibly 1/2 weeks after PCT is over, then i will start to actually cut down. I want to get to about 8% and i think i can do it with a 6-8 week hard core diet and cardio. witch will include the same carb cycle / cardio scheme just more cardio and/or less cals/diet aides.

after this is all over and done, somewhere near October i guess, i will start my WINTER bulk plan, that is definitely going to be NICE!!!!!

but take it one day at a time.

good **** man, just alittle fat to get rid of and i can see that extra muscle is gunna look good

we have different metabolism/body types so i dont think that ur plan would work for me, but good luck man hope it all works out

a good carb cycling plan can work for anyone for anything.
 
idk if i dont go high carbs everyday my body fat DROPS! all i usually do is take them out of the night time and my bodyfat goes.

then what you could try doing, is taking you high day and making it sort of your low day, then on the other days go higher and higher, would be interesting.
 
alright im calling this one over and done, Ive completed 4 weeks of pct and feel im ready to start getting back to the basics.

Start weight ~223 end weight ~246 and now after PCT ~239...

i think that is good **** right there...
 
Nicely done man! hopefully i can finish with gains like that

if you train hard i cant see why not, **** i trained a little harder the first two weeks after the cycle then i did during the cycle.

Im still sitting at 238, and even though im holding a lot of water for some reason, i can tell im leaner.
 
very nice gains man.Keeping this solid gains is not easy,but you can.November i'm going to use x-tren/m-drol or h-drol/formestane/suppress-c,and i'm hoping to get some solid gains too.

May I suggest H-Drol, X-Tren, and Topical formestane and then saving the Suppress-C for during your PCT.
 
that would be a good stack, and you prob wont need the formestane that much during the cycle as both are "lean" compounds.

I would use the formestane for the last 4 weeks of the cycle at 100 mg per day and then overlap it two weeks into PCT at 100 mg per day the first week and 50 mg per day the second week of PCT.
