ive had a six pack a couple times in my life, and it doesn't give me the overall satisfaction i think other people get when they have a six pack. I just want my upper chest/arms/back and upper abs to be more defined...
all ive done now is switched up the way i cycle my carbs:
sun - high, mon - med, tue - low, wed - high, thur - med, fri/sat - low
plus ive been doing my cardio a little bit different also, i get in at least 10/15mins a day 5 days a week instead of doing say 20mins three times a week. I can tell its been helping me lean up a tad while kind of maintaining my weight.
I will probably do this for another couple weeks, possibly 1/2 weeks after PCT is over, then i will start to actually cut down. I want to get to about 8% and i think i can do it with a 6-8 week hard core diet and cardio. witch will include the same carb cycle / cardio scheme just more cardio and/or less cals/diet aides.
after this is all over and done, somewhere near October i guess, i will start my WINTER bulk plan, that is definitely going to be NICE!!!!!
but take it one day at a time.
