Pow wow Annihilates his Adipose with EBF's AAv2

Gonna be going out to celebrate my girlfriend's older sister gettin married next weekend, so getting the crew together for some beers & some good grub! Still have 1,000 cals left to spare (excluding workout expenditure) & protein at 177 as of now. Won't use that as a reason to cheat though! Probably gonna take tomorrow off.. Might throw in some accessory freestyle again but we'll see.

I'm jealous man. I ate all my food in like 1 sitting today bro so pissed. I'm avoiding food shopping so I don't eat.

Haha, I had an 11oz chicken breast for my postWO meal with brown rice salsa & guac. That's all I've had besides my protein shake. Yea, grocery shopping never goes great with hunger lol
 
Just finished a nice arm/calves workout. This is the first time in awhile that I've gotten in a true fasted workout in the morning. The thermogenesis & vasodilation are super profound on a fasted workout, I really enjoy it. Took 3 caps pre with 2 scoops Alphamine & 25mg ephedrine, & man, I was pouring in sweat! Major veins in my forearms & a few that I've never seen before in my bis. Loving this stuff. Anyways, here's my workout.

Hit some abs & cardio today. Didn't get a chance to add in weight training but still pleased with how it went. Got in, got ish done & left. Sitting at 1,000 cals for the day. Gonna try to keep it <2,000. Here's my workout.

Abs/cardio

Half med ball crunch:

Dosed 3 caps pre workout with 2 scoops Alphamine & 25mg E. hit it fasted & the sweat was just pouring. You know it's bad when there's sweat drippage all over the cardio equipment, & all I had on was a tank top. I gotta be a Dbag & take this stuff and wear a sweatshirt for cardio.

I think I'm doing a protein only day tomorrow I killed it at dinner. But I did run 3 miles and walk one today I get too hungry lol

Thanks brotha, I try to be as strict as possible while still being a young adult. lol Never done an all protein day.. Might have to try that soon myself!

Felt super strong today. I'm liking the fact that I only have to eat at a 2-300 defect, while I appear to get bigger, & bf seems to be slowly diminishing. This recomp has been coming along nicely! & my post about my surprise, I will he revealing that later tonight. In the mean time, here is my dinner. Took some pics at the gym but didn't turn out too well, might still post up after work.

So about my reveal..

I'm actually liking the AAv2 so much right now, that I picked up another bottle. Also adding to the stack will be a bottle of Anabeta & Erase. Just waiting for those to come in & will be adding 3-4 more weeks on top of this log. (as long as the EBF guys don't mind of course)

I just really wanna dial everything down & use this combo to my advantage for an awesome recomp before the fall hits!

Tonight's workout was great. I'm glad my strength is coming back & increasing since lowering my defect cals. Still aiming for 2-300 under but I felt too weak any lower than that. Anyways, here's what my workout looked like.
