kno3 will lower BP if u have a preexisting issue with low BP you might want to talk to your doctor and/or take half a dose and work your way up. lots of people keep reporting that 3 caps is more than enough to give great pumps.

I actually have high BP hence my concern for side effects. It sounds as though this will not be an issue though. Thank you!
