Classy with the oats!

I actually just made zoats in the oven.

10g carbs (rest day lol otherwise you can do normal serving size)
3 oz of grated zucchini
46g egg whites

Mix, 400F in oven for 15 minutes and then add your protein powder/water if needed!

So good and filling. Especially when cutting/ low carb day!

You mean Protein 4 Oats? I assume that's what is coming my way, just haven't received anything as of yet. You can definitely count on me to give some honest feedback and reviews though. ;)

Nope. No tracking info but did get a couple PMs from driven about it. As far as the fishing goes, I'm waiting until my wife gets home from KC to take the family out fishing this evening. ;) I wasn't even phishing either!

I'm expecting some samples as well. My stupid phone auto corrected the state in my shipping info for no apparent reason so now I have to wait for the next batch :irked:

King will always be homemade mashed potatos with some shredded spinach and mixed with protien powder of your choice for a thick full filling super post meal??

Hey so wondering when I will get my pacakage to try these protein 4 oats out?! I was part of insider ☺️
 
So mixing a 5 oz tub of Oikos Pumpkin pie Greek yogurt with a scoop of Frosted Cinnamon Bun protein in my oats made it taste like pumpkin cheesecake pie...... just not the same texture.

Apologies for the delay in shipping.

Originally the plan was to send a sample packet of each flavour however with hurricane Irma there were delays in getting these in and we don't have an ETA yet.

I didn't want to risk sending a flavour people didn't like (if you have a nut allergy you obviously don't want peanut butter honey lol) hence the request for your preferred flavour.

Everyone is getting a full sized pouch of their choice. :)
