possible shoulder injury while ON- what to do?

Okay so today was day 13 of m14add(150mgs) stacked with 1-ad(300 mgs)


Strength gains kicked in today- i picked up what i normally up right row and felt light so i upped it - u know the usual didnt up too much juist ten lbs-fine


i then went to side raises got them done


as I was moving to my reardelts i started getting some pain-= not good pain like " yeah im hitting these delts hard" it was like"**** this hurts"

Wasnt unbearable but i did have to stop working my shoulders



what is suggested if it is indeed injured- this will really hurt my chest/shouldr progress- and im up from 221 to 231 :(

My shoulders give me pain sometimes as i have bad shoulders and have always had to be careful when playing sports that involve swinging things. Sometimes this cycle I have hurt them a little when doing military presses, or heavy benching but they seem to heal quick. So it sounds like you just did what I've done and not done any real damage just some minor pain. If that's the case just don't aggravate them within a couple of days and you might be good. Also maybe don't do that excersie and focus on basics movments like bench and military press only.

What I've been doing is doing these basic movements and at the first sign of pain I stop and it's been keepig me injury free at the moment.
 
I had a shoulder problem... big one, mid cycle.

I switched to inclines as it wasn't too bad on my shoulders. Inclines over flat bench FTW btw.

The only thing you can do is get to the gym and see what workouts you CAN, and CANNOT do, and modify your routine around those work outs.

yeah- my chest routine is- flat benchx 3 incline x 3 dips x3 dumbell flysx3 cable decline flys x3- it feels fine now- if i get in there and it starts hurting this is what I will doooooo


i so hope to hit 240 by the end of this cycle! 9 lbs and i got 5 more weeks- i think i can do it!

wow way to make my workout look lame I only due 6 chest sets even on cycle. Lol
 
6 sets? brosif- how much weight r u lifting with those sets?
