With spring trainning for baseball, and spring workouts dur to start soon, along with soccer I have this question.....
How would you dose Poseidon for 2-3hr workouts 2 times a day?
What i was thinking was takeing 1.5 quart water bottles and mixing 25/75 of gatorade to water. With about 2~3 servings of Poseidon and drink during the 1st training phase, then doing the same thing for the next training phase.
Does this sound like a good idea? Suggestions welcome......
