Cycle Update:
The good news... I had a great night in the gym last night. I felt 100% back for the first time in almost two weeks. Because of my illness and inability to train, I lost 2 kgs of size. I think one of muscle/glycogen and 1 of fat. I also wasn't quite as strong.
To make up for two bad weeks of training and questionable strength, I have taken a step back with how I am training for the next two weeks until I get everything back up to where I can be a little more experimental. I did legs and traps last night. I lifted everything in a 10-8-6 pattern. The only pr I set was in squats, so i was happy about that. I usually hit 3-5 muscle groups in a DC/ HST way as my normal training protocol. But I think my own hybrid was really taxing on me, even with current SUPPS included. SO I will return to that style in two weeks when I am sure my CNS and overall health can take it.
I have been slowly improving my diet. I think that has been my single, hardest obstacle right now. The LA diet is full of starch and fat, and pretty low in protien. I have to be really creative and careful because of this. I pretty much have an uncontrolable appeitite when I am training hard and superjuiced. I am not using this as an excuse, but another pitfall I must be aware of. I actually look bigger right now not being so puffy.
