they told us same thing and now come to find out he will only be about 7 pounds or so! :jaw:

we are 2-3cm and about 75% e-face! lost the plug yesterday, so could be anyday!

due date is May 2, we are inducing on May 3 if he doesn't come sooner!

quick qeustion... i know its a bit nasty but what was it like for her when shee lost the plug... my girly allready thinks she might have heres starting to go... is it alot all at once or only a lil bit??? i think well be havin my boy EARLY .... btw GL man get ready for tha dash!

Sry I couldn't follow up on your log bro, I was away in Australia. So do you feel that Epistane is a good bulker? This was a bulk, right?
 
YES! i kept a strict clean diet but it was a bulk none the less from the amount of cals i took in..... a total of 13.5 lbs gained while "on" and another pound thus far into PCT i can honestly say it was ALL LBM gains and if you check back a page or 2 you can catch some progression shots out.

DEF a good bulker and strength builder, its like a mild PP with Est blockin gyno destroying effects, its now my fav supp thus far just ahead of PP givin it has such a lack of sides and retainable gains. not wet either, very dry gains due to lack of aromitization and blocking of est.

def recommend it and cant wait to see how it stacks later this year...... :thumbsup::thumbsup:
 
i also def sugest my PCT stack of HDX2/MASS-FX and torem.... had the boys back up to norm and then some within a week, def another reason why gains have been not only kept but improved upon.

I will 2nd that PCT. I ran HD, MFX, and Retain and I was back to normal in no time after my PP cycle. You said it to a T....."reason why gains have been not only kept but improved upon"
 
yes i havnt seen any further progress from the torem as i had hoped although i havnt had any reinflamation of the condition... still small lumps there and some puffiness from time to time but all in all i saw a 50-75% reduction in my condition and hvnt digressed.... well worth it IMO

sittin pretty @ 182 lbs and have increased a few of my lifts by any where between 5-20 lbs across the boards (20 more on squat 15 on flys 5-10 deoending on db press. and 5-10 on all back and shoulder exercises)

gyno is lookin great and havnt had ANY reinflamation or further aggrivation, at the same time i havnt seen any further NOTICABLE progress from the torem wich i will be finishing with tonights dose

i have 4 days left Mass-FX and HDX2 of which i am sad as across the past 2 weeks ive really felt the boost its givin me and has been my utmost BEST post cycle therapy to date. i will be using this as my staple post cycle therapy with a few variations/additions from time to time in the future and see no reason to deviate with this kind of progress/retention of gains.

now i just need to find something to fill my time and help out while i wait till my next cycle...... any ideas?

I heard if you stick pine cones up your ass, its 7x as anabolic as test, without the supression. Try that out, and get back to use with a new log!!!

Run an HST cycle. I had some help designing my routine from ItsHectic and HairyLarry and it's been doing wonders for me. My strength has actually continued to increase through my PCT despite my cutting diet.

One of those principles is 'cycling' your weight training; thus, HST is done in 6-8 week cycles with a 1-2 week break between each cycle. It's surprisingly effective.
 
poopO i couldn't find the page where you laid your post cycle out completely and said what you were doing and what week you were doing it. could you give me the run down of how things were dosed and when you upped/lowered the dosages? since you had such a great post cycle experience i am thinking about following the same hdx2/massfx/tor protocol. except for me anyways, i have run nolva/clomid combo and tor and felt the combo had me feeling better but i'm just afraid of the toxicity of the two together. any thoughts on that? thanks bro

a couple days i missed a dose on the Epi thus being able to run it for a ful 28 days in case you add it and realize its off by like 3 or 4 pills :D otherwise everything is pretty damn accurate and i even went back and double checked ED to make sure it was all good..... so this as close as i can get for a "simple" chart for exactly what i dosed this cycle.

as for the overall toxicity of this cycle im guessing (as i havnt run blood) that i was not harshly effected, i "felt" great the whole time and both Epi and Torem although being a methyl and slightly hepa toxic for both resp. they are on th emuch lesser side and would def be less then tomox and clom.... not to say those 2 arent a GREAT combo, i mean peeps have been runnin them for years and they obviously have earned their place although if theres better alternatives why not exploit them??? doesnt retract from the efficacy of the latter though. hope that all helps and makes sense

lol, were def doin that! cant do too much as we live in an apt and cant paint and or wallpaper or anything so we have to come up witih other things... im trying to find window stickers that are winnie the pooh (bed theme) and what not but havnt found any yet.... weve been so blessed and been lucky to have a very loving family and freinds and have givin practically everything to us we will need for his arrival, im so excited having and putting together all his cribs/playpens/bassenets/rockerthingys and everything i just cant wait till hes here and i get to thank him for making me a better person agian and for changing my life for good. lol all that sounds corny but im really, really happy bout his arrival and cant wait.

The lack of sleep will be rough and as he gets a little older there will be times when you want to throw him through a wall. But it's great. Keep your enthusiasm because it's contagious. My boy is 18 months and it's amazing. Can't wait to get him in the weight room and see what he can do!!! Good luck bro! :thumbsup:

:goodpost: Hey, that's not too far off! I was at the Arnold Classic Expo and saw a 6 year old do 27 pushups at the MetRx booth. Then his 8 year old brother got up there and did 54 pushups. :head:

Hey wussup buddy? Congrats on ur new IBE position! How's pct going so far? Do you have any plans for another epistane cycle anytime soon? Actually, how long would u suggest that one waits, after pct, b4 doing another cycle if bloodwork revealed that everything is fine (heart n liver)?

Last as an IBE rep now, can u find out the # of epi cycles (with pct) suggested a year?

well PCT is finished for me as of last thurs or fri n i had stopped (ran out) of the torem last mon or so. the balls are lookin HUGE bigger then before the cycle even although without blood i cant say much else other then test is prob back to norm.

i personally recomend that you spend at least as much time off as you spent on and some others even suggest as far as going as long between cycles to an equal amount of time spent on AND pct put together.

that being said you could prob run safely 3 epi cycles a year and if you pushed it 4. another choice is to pulse Epi in a more long term and constant fashion and get some small but keepable and constant gains. with it being a fairly new method though and i liking my full fledged effects from a good old cycle im not familiar with when and if an off time is necessary for that and how long it would be.

ok so what you`re saying is that i should run epi 8 times a year and run tren for about 7 months at a time...... ok.

i decided to take both my earlier review and my dosing schedule and place them into a single post as well as before and after pics so that everyone can get my cycle in a nutshell without havin to tear through my entire log, although are welcome to if they want more details.

Epi is EVERYTHING that i read it claimed to be.... now wether or not percentages or matching compounds are up to claims thats the Biz of Dr D and IBE and i could care less. all label claims and expectations were met...

  • i gained OVER 13.5lbs and rising
  • i had a CONSIDERABLE reduction in gyno including the lack of ANY pain in either nipple unless flicked or pinched (and come on that just hurts anyways)
  • i experienced an increase in vascularity in the arms and would have more as well in other places if i were not all out bulking (and as you can see from my AVI it still goes on very clean)
  • i experienced GREAT in gym endurance with incredible recovery between sets and a pump that lasts all day but just EXLPODES in the gym (diet helps here guys)
  • and i pushed all my MAXES from starting off comin back weak from a year off to @ least +35-50lbs on every exercise and on some exercises MUCH MORE SO (flys ARE OVER +100lbs, started barely able to finish my highest set @ 90lbs and last night crushed 195lbs till the very last rep)
all in all i could not have chosen a more fitting supplement to get back in the game and would suggest this compound to ANYONE, from first cyclers(do your homework guys) to cutters AND bulkers, but especially those who want to rid gyno and STILL BE "ON"!.

in comparison:

to other supps id have to say its WAY up there. personally i loved superdrol and as you all know even more so i loved Phera.

  • superdrol can throw weight on faster and if i had apllied myself as hard as i did this time then who knows what i woulda done... but with the sides i brought while on, and gyno it brought later i wont ever touch the stuff again....
  • phera WAS OUTSTANDING in the strength department and i actually did a great job puttin it on with that as well but although mild i still had acne and oily skin and very very minimul hairloss (wich all returned after dicontinuation) and with Epi ive not experienced any of this in the slightest... dont know but i expect Poseidon helped here (acne) with its vit b complexes.....
  • agian to mtrn... well for me strength couldnt be matched with this supp... but i had very minimal weight gain AND CONSIDERABLE ACNE and oily skin.... wont be using it again as its not around and if i could use it it would only be stacked @ a very low dose.... (:wtf: how do you get lower then 1.5mg:think:)...
  • ....as for M1t.... well we wont even go there...
... so Epi is an obvious preference over all these supps...

a couple days i missed a dose on the Epi thus being able to run it for a ful 28 days in case you add it and realize its off by like 3 or 4 pills :D otherwise everything is pretty damn accurate and i even went back and double checked ED to make sure it was all good..... so this as close as i can get for a "simple" chart for exactly what i dosed this cycle.

I hope this helps in everyones researching of Epi and that it is usefull

I finished post cycle therapy on fri (torem ran out bout last mon or tues)

and have a final weigh in of 183 Even for a total cycle gain of 17.5lbs
