everyday for me....either cardio or weights or both. I don't feel overtrained AT ALL....in fact all my lifts are going up and I have gained 20+ lbs this semester.

Everyone is different.......

5 times per week.

I do cardio after lifting. Makes it easier for me to actually DO it (vs. on it's own time).

I only take pre-WO products before lifting - don't need them for the cardio afterwards.
 
5 x per week. currently take 3 RPM, 1 hour prior followed by a protein shake within 30 minutes after w/o
 
5 days split with some alternating sets tossed in. Also 3 20+ min. cardio days usually following back/chest/arms.
 
not yet! I'm trying to get to 200 votes!

i'll announce the winner on christmas day if we get over 200 votes by then.....
 
4 times a week Lifting weights 2-3 times a week cardio (depending on goals/recovery):thumbsup:

I have tried lifting 5 days a week and tend to overtrain doing so
 
4x a week baby!!! If i didn't have to work my answer would be everyday :) Sounds like an interesting product mace.
