If you respond to Glycergrow, it'd be great. I personally don't get anything from Glycergrow.
 
I was a while ago. I'm sure I followed directions.

Yeah I have no doubt you did... you know your stuff. Just curious I guess!

There have been a few non-responders to GG, but most feel it does the trick.

My favorite time to use GlycerGrow:
On my 15 minute drive to the beach after a workout, gulping and flexing in my car like some sort of testosterone fueled weirdo. LOL!!!

Got to love the looks you get when you finally reach the beach though... :D
 
I've finished up the WF, and have a couple days GB left. I got throw off schedule a bit this week, what with the kids out of school, wife working out, etc. I did 2 days pullups/dips at the park, 2 days BJJ, and got a gym workout in today.

GB provides pumps, intense pumps, both with the l-norvaline as well as the KRALA. Take 5 GB first thing in the morning, eat 50-100gr carbs 30-45 minutes later, and LOOK OUT! You get both a NO pump and a carb pump. Add in WF pre-workout, and pumps are wicked.

Endurance on them is AWESOME, focus is as good as it gets, WF is the best energy/focus supp around, IMO. Reps went up across the board, without any bloat at all. I'm VERY happy with this stack, it's excellent in every way.
 
started my GB today, along with Cranberry research Nolva shooters,3g ED of DAA, and will add in celucors P-6 test boster too. Im trying to see if makeing gains in my pct wuz a fluke or bcuz of this "Stack"
 
I'm with you there, I NEED carbs for growth and performance. I'd die on Atkins, lol.
 
Great log bud.

Green Bulge has been a staple of mine for years, back when it first came out. The ingredients in it now are even better, which is rare. Usually when a company changes it's original, it's never the same as it was. And you always want the old back. Not the case here. Agreed on the health additons to GB.

I have 1 dose of GB left. Effing GREAT stuff!

I've taken White Flood by itself before, and continue to cycle and alternate it with a couple other more natural pre-workouts. I can't take 1,3 dimeth, so WF is definitely a keeper (when I go the stim route).

As far as stacking goes with Green Bulge, I usually opt for White Blood for a month or two, for a stim free pre-workout stack. It's one of the best out there in my opinion. Basically what you're doing now, but just stim free.

Totally agree, the GB + WB stack is very powerful... I prefer no stims sometimes too, (but most of the time I NEED stims.)

Wondering why you can't take Geranium? Personally, I don't like working out on Geranium (1,3 dimeth) as the heart palpitations I experience are a bit unsettling. That's why I love the WF, with the addition of GABA you get a non jittery energy that feels awesome
 
Yuck the jitters!!! That is straight nasty feeling :rasp: its good to hear that gb +wb = no jitters. . .always wanted to try. . might have too :deal:

I crash hard on "G" (no matter the amount of mg). And I've tried dealing with the crash day by day, telling myself I got a great workout in, while on it (because it does work) and also the potential fat burning properties, but after a few days of continued use, I feel like my dopamine levels are depleted, and I just feel off altogether.

I've tried making it work by messing around with different amounts, scheduling, taking it with food, etc, because like I said, the stuff works great. But it's just not for me.
 
I'm with ya on geranium. That stuff is the devil.

I still have that dose of GB left. I started on ASGT yesterday. Normally I'd finish bthis log, but I like mixing stuff up, and want to do my last dose of GB with ASGT, just to see the effects. ASGT is not really something you'd take every day, so GB would be a great choice for daily, or off day, supplementation when taking pre-workouts like ASGT/Rag/what have you.

2 miles - 15:15 Funny, I was swimming for a couple hours last week, and one of my fat callouses from running in the Vibrams came off. So today, the ball of my right foot under the 2-3 toes was SCREAMING! :lol: :(

I did decline and hammer strength Low Row, alternating, 6 sets of each; DL 40 x 135, 10 sec break, 10 x 135; then alternating curls and skull crushers. Abs, stretch, and out.

ASGT is interesting stuff, different than anything I've used. Pumps were very good, but not as good as WF (of course, ASGT isn't a pump product, persay). Endurance was great, DL was great, I felt strong. Energy-wise ASGT is more aggro than WF, less happy euphoria, very much in the vein of RPM aggression. ASGT hits way more subtly, WF hits fast and hard and adds mental acuity. Very different.

Anyway, that wraps up this log. WF and GB are an outstanding stack, and both are very versatile products in their own right. WF provides the best happy energy and mental agility of anything I've tried, and pumps are great on it. GB is a really potent creatine, with far reaching health benefits; it provides all the benefits of creatine supplementation, plus the added ergonenic effects of orotic acid, KRALA, etc. Together they provide awesome strength, endurance, and pumps, and some potent antioxidant, even anti-aging, synergy.

Nice wrap up and great contrast. Though I've yet to try ASGT, the contrast against WF gave me a good insight about the experience. I've long since called WF the LSD of pre-workouts. The euphoria and mental thunderstorms were extraordinary. I liked your analysis of ASGT having a more aggro sensation. I always prefer the more intense end of the spectrum on anything.
