Gym today. Reaggravated my hamstring strain so no squats though. Probably just quad extensions and calf raises for legs. Then the normal upper body.
 
Sorry I forgot to update yesterday!

Workout went well... Still keeping my strength even though I have been cutting fat and leaning out. Sitting at about 175 so a small gain in weight but nothing much.

Still loving this run though. I went today and got a physical. Doctor said I was in top shape... It was my pre-flight physical... So now I am qualified to apply for a pilot slot.

My routine was fairly similar yesterday only I didn't include any squats.

Today I did a round of cals for my early morning cardio. We did 20 push ups/20 sit ups/15 diamond push ups/20 flutter kicks/20 dips/200M sprint... I walked the sprints because my hammie is still sore and I have a physical eval on Tuesday.

Went for a 5 mile ruck today. 40lbs on the back and we took about 1 hour 20 mins. Good ruck. We stopped at the half way mark and hydrated so more or less we were at about 15min miles. Not fast, but not slow. We also shuffle jogged a good portion but my hammie started hating me so we went at a ruck pace for the rest of it.

I promise I'll get some pics up as soon as I see the wifey. We have both been hitting school really hard and I've been working for the Air Force a lot this week... We literally have seen each other maybe 6 awake hours in a week!

My three week review will be updated tonight/tomorrow morning. After my PT test, I'm going to hit the gym again.

I'm thinking about switching the workout up slightly. Doing upper body three days a week and lower body only twice. That should help my quad injury heal faster. Plus, I still have to run at least twice a week mandatory and I would like to keep running PWO too.

So far, I would say this product is a great product to run as a standalone or even in a PCT. It does what I expected it to do.

Weight 176.5 - Up from the beginning of the run. Only slightly, but it's because I haven't kept my cals consistent on non work out days. Completley my fault (and my hectic life).

WEEK THREE REVIEW

Strength Increase 7/10...Still maintaining strength even though I'm losing fat and doing a lot of running. I would say this falls hand in hand with test increase.

Libido Increase 8/10... Lil guy comes to attention a lot more often and the wife is loving the increase.

Estrogen Inhibitor 9/10... Whatever these compounds are supposed to do they are doing. Believe it or not, the lump under my left nipple has decreased in size significantly and the soreness is almost non existent. I tried Letro at 1.5mg a day for a week and it didn't work nearly as well as this has. I would say this stuff works... I'll prove it with bloods once they come back.


Testosterone Increase 9/10... So far, I've had a flux in acne which I got the last time I was on an effective Test Booster, I've had an increase in deep sleep, mood has been great and aggression has been awesome. I know these are not proof of a test increase, but my bloods should prove it.

Recovery 6/10... Once again, this product isn't really meant to help recovery but I don't feel nearly as sore after my full body work outs in week two. I'm recovering from runs faster and my calves don't stay nearly as tight as they used to... I'd say this product has somewhat of an effect on recovery but I'm also using CEE so that is clearly help too.

Doseage Ease 9/10... I like the fact that it has red pills to distinguish between other supps, I like that it's only three pills a day, but I'm a bit unsure of taking NMDA three times during the day. I liked to take my 3G of Bulk DAA in the morning. It made me feel great all day. This may just be a personal preference/superstition...Does anyone have any insight on breaking up the NMDA into three doses? It feels like it's effective, but is it as effective as taking it all at once? Anyone have data on any of the half life of these compounds?

Effectiveness at week three: 8.5/10. Product is great. I'm too critical to give anything a 10/10. But it is doing what they say it should and it's definitely something I will use in my PCT after SD. It's an easy, distinguishable product worth adding to anyones PCT/Standalone supp cabinet.

I'd say this product is going to be on the market for a long time. It's full of effective doses of a lot of awesome and innovative compounds. I know I will buy it again... and I'm a cheap as$.

Got bloods taken this morning for my life insurance plan. The lady is going to send me a copy of the labs once it is processed.

I felt amazing in the gym today. I'm back at it hard since I don't mind being sore since I don't have a physical eval coming up anytime soon.

BTW, I killed my eval. Maxed pushups within 45 seconds (minute standard) Maxed sit ups with 5 seconds to spare, and hit 11:04 for a 1.5 mile run... put me at 95.7%. I'm going to try and get my run down to 10:15 for my next one. So, I'm going to be incorporating a lot more sprints and distance running into my workout. Going to kill my weight gain prospects, but I will be upping the cals to maintain. Gotta get my diet more consistant. I'm sure I would be gaining more if I had a more consistent protein intake... Just gotta figure out this whole college thing. When I was in the military, I found time to eat and we had access to microwaves and shi+. Now I don't always have that luxury so I gotta figure something out...Maybe more chicken salads since you can eat those chilled.

I would have to say, Paragon would be 100X better if I focused more on my diet and consistent training. I apologize this log was sketchy for a week or so. That's my fault 100%. I hope this last week or more will really make up for it.

I just bought a squat rack and 300lbs worth of weights and an olympic bar off craigs list... It's being delivered on Sunday. I'm buying matts to build my own dead lift platform and for the most part I can do all my compound lifts at home... I have an adjustable bench with preacher curl bar and leg extension/hamstring curl machine too. So deads, squats, bench, shrugs, cleans, straight leg deads, military press, upright rows, leg ext/ham curl will all be done at home...I'm going to get beastly!

Man I bet, I'm planning on doing a 3 day split some time next year and I'm dreading that, gonna be sore as fk nonstop.

I feel you man my back felt alright after 405 but the week after I did 315 for reps and my back felt like crap.

Even though I still feel like I got hit by a train, I'm heading to the gym for a light workout. My arms, chest, upperback and shoulders aren't sore so I'm going to hit them hard. My traps, lower back and quads feel like someone took a hammer to them in my sleep so they may be neglected today.

I'm thinking about doing six sets of chest, shoulders, bis/tris, calves and abs....

Love the meal pics. I've been cooking a pound of steak, 2 pounds of chicken, 4 cups brown rice, 1/2 pound red potatoes, asparagus broccoli carrots corn, and bunch of roasted almonds then mix it all together. That is what I have for almost every meal. For maintenance eat till almost full. Bulking - eat more. Cutting - take out the starches. Lol works so well for me. Tonight I am indulging though. Adding a bag of Reeses Pieces. Ahh yeah.

Yeah, I'm cutting so I use Reese minis. On a bulk I use the big cup... Recomp, regular Reese's. You get the picture.

Anyways, I am putting my weight bench together as I type this and my squat rack will be here in a few hours....

Monday Workout went great... I broke it up into two parts. Half at the gym half at home 2 hours later... Loving the freedom of having my own equipment...

I'll update the workout here in a couple of hours and post my workout today...

The mirror is looking pretty good... good cuts in my legs and bottom abs are showing when flexed... happy with the outcome of this stack.

Wednesday Workout...

Today's workout was one of the best natural workouts I've ever had. I woke up with some sinus cloggage and I thought "oh ****, another day in the gym wasted"... but I took some mucinex and vitamin C and by mid afternoon I felt normal...

PWO meal: 1400... Protein bar (20g Pro/29g sugar)
PWO supps: 1500... Generic PWO (standard ingredients, nothing worth noting) NO booster (again, standard generic Complete Nutrition Brand), and a 1/2 granola bar 20g carbs

WO: 1515

Started out with "I will do a 7 minute mile jog" then my buddy passed me on my last lap and slapped me on the back and called me lazy... So I couldn't stop then... So I caught up to him and we ran another 1-1.5 miles (not really counting laps) and he decided he wanted to workout with me... I anihilated him today!


BB Flat: 145x15, 185x10, 225x6, 250x2 (last one w light assistance)
DB Pullovers: 70#12x12x12

Cleans: 145x6x6x6 185x1x1 ...
Then I did 145x1 into a set of 6 front squats...twice then 185x1 into six more front squats until I couldn't do anymore...

Deads: 145x12,225x8,315x2,2
Cable Rows: 120x12 140x10, 150x8

Dips: BWx15,12,12,8
Single Arm DB Tris: 35x12x12 30x10 ... started slacking on form so I wanted to make sure I got good form

half mile run (4.5 laps) with 20 push ups/10 diamond push ups/25 count flutter kicks in between each lap...

I'm telling you, it is either the fact that I dialed in my diet better or Paragon really kicks in week 4. I felt so great in the gym today. I felt eurphoric. That's not something you get from eating better two days in a row... I think I would run Paragon for 6 weeks if I could and I would probably feel this way for the duration.

Also, I've been sleeping very deep and waking up very refreshed. NMDA works like a champ. I've not had the weird dreams like a lot of people report... I had a few the first couple weeks...very vivid, very weird and sometimes very scary... Once, I shot a dude trying to kidnap my son, banged a few ex-gfs (from like 5 years ago) in a couple and even had one about working out/running one time... weird **** man.

The estrogen inhibitors are working well. Today I felt bloated from all the carbs I had yesterday (wife made spaghetti and I had a big sandwich for my 2nd lunch but other than that, I'm starting to dry out and lean out. The muscles in my legs are really popping and my bottom abs are showing better. I'm really happy where my physique is going. The only thing I've noticed is I'm neglecting shoulders and even though I am, I still have striations in them when flexed and my traps are popping and my back is cut up more than it ever has been. When I weighed 195 my back was huge but not striated like it is now. I'm a lot leaner and my muscle feels a lot more dense. I was on havoc at 195 and retained a lot of water... but I still looked beastly...

Surprisingly not sore today. Recovery is great. Overall ratings this weekend.
 
Final Review

Strength Increase 8/10... Maintained Strength while losing some fat. Gained muscle IMO. Pics should prove it.

Libido Increase 8/10... Wife said thanks PNI.

Estrogen Inhibitor 9/10... Soreness in the lump under my left nipple deminished and the lump decreased in size. Could be due to losing some BF but also the estrogen inhibitors in PNI had to have helped. Once my labs come back (hopefully next week) I will give you guys the numbers compared to when I was on Endosurge/Erase/DAA. It should give you an idea of where this product stands.

Recovery 7/10... Still stand on the fact that this product isn't meant for recovery as much as, lets say, BCAAs; however, I've noticed a higher rate of recovery even though I am doing a very intense workout compared to normal. I used to do a standard 5 day 1 body part a day style workout but this time around I've increased the cardio and changed to full body EOD (- weekends). I've also incorporated a lot more cardio into the mix and gave myself a lot less time to recover. I'm still not very sore and that's with a carb deficency compared to my normal bulk diet.

This may just be a personal preference/superstition...Does anyone have any insight on breaking up the NMDA into three doses? I've been told it's good to keep the blood levels stable but DAA in the AM has always gave me a euphoric feeling...

Final Review 9/10. It's nothing compared to a PH but I would compare it to a DAA/Endosurge/Erase stack. At less than half the price of all three of those supps, you really get your value out of PNI Paragon. It's like a value pack of hormonal support shoved into one cap. Everything is dosed effectively and there is no "prop blend" to throw the doseages off. It's a legit, very well designed supplement with studies supported compounds for everything it claims it does. I would say PNI is going to be an up and coming threat to a lot of the big name companies on the market.

On another side note, this in PCT should be a no-brainer. It's so expensive for all your supports... You can easily run this on Day 1 with your Serm and see good results. I have a bottle in my supp cabinet just waiting to be used.

I want to thank PNI and HowWeDo for the opportunity to run such an awesome product. I'm sorry the log wasn't more detailed but life kicked my ass this past month. One step forward/one step back kinda events. I hope everyone enjoyed the log.
