Pre Cycle

2 week pre-load – Milk thistle 1500mg (strong liver) – saw palmetto 300mg (prostate) – 1000mg hawthorne berry (heart) – 5 tbl spoons flaxseed oil (good health) – fish oil (good health)

Whey Protein
Creatine-glutamine
Vitamins

Cycle

- P-Plex (week 1- 15mg) (week 2- 15- 25mg) (week 3- 30mg) (week 4- 30-45mg)

- Whey Protein
- Fish Oil - Flaxseed Oil
- Vitamins
- creatine-glutamine
- up calorie intake and 1.5-2 gallons of water daily


Post Cycle

-Nolvadex - (week 1 - 45mg) (week 2 – 40mg) (week 3 – 25mg) (week 4 – 20 mg)
- 3-4 week post cycle - Same as pre cycle
- Whey Protein
- Creatine-glutamine
- Vitamins

I saw your other posting and noted that you're 6 foot and about 170 pounds...what's your cycle experience?

unless you're experienced with this product then I don't know if I'd run PP at 45mg. if you're getting results at 30mg then don't up to 45mg.
 
This is actually my first cycle. I've researced alot though and found out what the safest way to cycle p-plex is, and i'm going to add an AI to my PCT. thanks for the advice!

Looks about right. You probably could do a lighter pct

Wk 1 40,40,40,40,30,30,30
Wk 2 30,30,30,30,20,20,20
Wk 3 20/ED
Wk 4 10/ED

This may not seem like much but alot of people (myself included) have started running 30/20/20/10 or even 20/20/10/10. Remember more is not always better.
