Various countries around the world. I just hope you aren't trying to source online. You're just asking for trouble.
 
Mexico, Thailand, Spain, Turkey, UK (but their laws are weird, posession is legal, but if you're caught obtaining them you're busted). But like the mod said, I hope this is just shooting the ****. Dont source here.

You can't sell in the UK, using isn't illegal.
 
Last time I checked personal usage was legal. They are not OTC at pharmacies like in Mexico, but you cant be busted if you're caught injecting yourself.

Well I guess im not certain on the UK, but anywhere where they are produced my pharm companies (mexico, turkey, Thailand) they are usually legal. Of course they are still produced in the USA, but they are not legal. The only pharm grade stuff used medically in the US to my knowledge is test cyp, deca, and oxandralone (ananvar).
