Lower back pumps from a natty?
Not blaming it on a supplement necessarily. Deadlifts and variations of them aren't my forte but I'm trying to work with them. I'm conscious of my form and trying not to round my back or put myself in any situation that would strain it. My core could be a lot stronger to help deal with pulling that kind of weight too. I think the pumps and discomfort I've had have been a combo of lack of adequate hydration, average core strength, and not 100% safe form. There are some pump ingredients in Gameday that have forced me to cut back on the dosage a bit, but I also didn't have any lower back pumps the last couple leg days. Could have just been me needing more H20.
