Piracetam - Dosing? Choline needed?

Hi

I'm going to buy some piracetam, I think.. but I can't find the dosing for this. What's the accepted wisdom or your experience with numbers on this?


And choline citrate.. I need to stack this, I believe.. but how much of it is required?


AND will the addition of sulbutiamine and/or pea+hordenine caps be a nice stack for nootropic nirvana?
 
3g piracetam

A choline source, lecithin, Alpha gpc, choline citrate, etc.. 200-500mg be sufficient i'm guessin.

Subultiamine is good anxiety-reducer/endurance enhancer, me 500-1g. Like it pre-workout, other times too. Think I'll take 500mg now w/ some Picamilon :woohoo:

Haven't done the PEA/hordinine yet just ordered some from Nutra but heard good stuff about it.
 
let us know how the piracetam goes for you. I cant tell much difference. Carefull with the choline as it can make you smell and if your eating enough eggs you get plenty from that.
I like the sublutiamine though.

Do they need a build up phase or can they be taken on the day... ie do I need to take 'it' everyday or just when I fancy? It would be nice if I could take one supp on one day and another supp the next day to see which I like.

I use 2-3g piracetam plus 2-3g choline. I've never noticed a "smell". However, I have heard that Sulbutiamine can cause a foul odor. Hope it works out for ya. It's helped me immensely.
 
Dose it every 4 hours. Don't take it before bed as it can effect CNs.4 grams seems to be about right. I might do a log on Piracetam.
 
If you want to feel the full effects of piracetam, I would absolutely recommend a choline source. Lecithin is like the worst choline source by the way. CC is good, but Alpha GPC is better.

I did sulbutamine; although didn't do a log on it. I did it a good three months strait or more.It works very nicely on recalling information from the past and using it into use now from previous experiences.
 
While I'm not going to be doing a log, I have been taking piracetam pretty consistently for about 9 months or so. Still works just as well, and I really have only positive things to say about it to this day. I also use a choline source daily...alternating between Alpha GPC and choline citrate.

I have some Kanna on the way that I can't wait to try. Piracetam seems to potentiate whatever nootropic I take....I love it.

AlphaGPC can give a fishy odor to both urine and sweat. I don't think you'd notice much at 500mg/day, although your girlfriend might notice if headed "down there."

Sulbutiamine gives a very strong "B-Vitamin" odor to urine.
 
I know this is an old thread, but I thought I'd try anyway.

Is it more effective to dose piracetam on an empty stomach or with food?
 
Makes no difference.

Piracetam does zip for me. Citicoline is okay.

On the ratio 10:1 piracetam to choline is standard, and the other extreme is 2:1.

Actually I would advice you to give a high dose a try prior to sleep, both the piracetam and especially the choline. Something really decently high, 5g piracetam and 5g choline. And from my experience, there is a very good potential of having a lucid dream, a nice one to be exact. And you don't need any prior mental preparation, just make sure to chillout and relax prior to sleep. You can take the dose like 5 minutes before.

Not saying that it would be wise to follow those dosing every day, but for a one time hit, it's not a bad idea to give that a try. Happy dreaming. :)
