Nice im doing my first pin ever tonight im a bit nervous im scared ill hit a nerve
Nerves are just a part of the game. I still get nervous almost a year later but that's just me

Well pinned 300mg without a hitch but felt kind of faint after it was all done had to lay down im a puss lol

I've always enjoyed shots and giving blood, but my first pin was pretty nerve racking. It's just different injecting yourself.

Lol honestly I'm probably just going to start having someone else do my injections, it would make it a lot easier without me having to try to twist my inflexible ass around and try to reach my glute. Especially the left one! Not to mention my hands kinda shake when I'm doing it which can't be good when you're trying not to slice up the muscle with the needle.

Alright gentlemen, yesterday was my first dose of dbol. 30mg mixed with some of the new PES Alphamine that I sipped on during my shift, and then worked out after. I didn't keep track of my workout, all I know is I blasted the f*ck out of my chest and triceps. I'll start recording my workouts from here on out. I'm sore as hell today.
Someone has already said that I'm looking bigger and more filled out, too. Not sure if things can happen that quickly but that's a good sign!
Also took some "before" pics last week before I went home so I'll get those up today. Not happy with how they look but I guess that's why they're "before" and not "after."

You probably bulked up from extra calories over the Holiday and that is what they are seeing. However you certainly could be partitioning better already.

Probably would be a good idea! I might pick up a tape measure to do that.

Yep, pretty much! I'll add and subtract cardio as needed. Right now I don't feel it's necessary.

2 injectable cycles, and prior to that I ran various prohormone cycles. Honestly couldn't tell you how many

For those of you who don't know how I record my workouts, it goes (# of sets)x(weight used)x(# of reps per set)

Seated cable row with these handles:

66x30, 99x20, 143x20, 187x15

Wide Mag handle lat pulldowns:
88x20, 110x15, 143x12, 187x10


Hammer strength row - 1 arm at a time:
Close neutral grip 2x102x20
Wide neutral grip 2x102x15

Wide grip lat pulldowns:
99x20, 121x15, 165x12, 143x15

Rope handle cable hammer curls:
33x25, 44x20, 55x18 with dropsets: 44x8, 33x12

Rope handle face pulls:
3x44x15
Superset with:
Rope handle straight arm lat pulldowns:
3x44x15

Biceps are looking huge, time to focus on those triceps and get that hang on them. More overhead work will do the trick.

Well, another dose of 300mg test e and 600mg EQ today. Destroyed some legs.

Leg ext:
100x30, 115x25, 130x20, 160x20

Kneeling leg curls:
3x50x20

V-squat machine:
225x20, 315x15, 405x12

Rule of 8's leg ext:
160x24, 175x24, 190x24
Single leg: 85x15 both legs 85x10, 3 sets

RDL:
135x20, 225x12, 275x4 - lower back pump said "Nope! You're done!"

Leg press
298x30, 388x25, 478x20
Superset with:
Calf press on leg press machine:
298x30, 388x24, 478x18 dropsets 388 to failure, 298 to failure, 208 to failure, 118 to failure

The pumps are so debilitating on dbol. Lol. Also already noticing some puffiness of the nips so starting today I'll be taking 6.25mg exemestane per day.

Quick arm workout today, was feeling tired and not motivated until I took my dose of dbol
Superset #1:
Seated overhead triceps extensions with cambered bar - 2x60x20, 2x70x15
Standing DB curls, one arm at a time - 25x20, 30x15, 35x12, 40x10

Superset #2:
Rope handle overhead tri ext - 33x30, 44x20, 55x12, 66x8
Rope handle hammer curls - 33x30, 44x20, 55x20, 66x15

Superset #3:
Supinated tri pushdowns - 44x30, 55x25, 66x20, 77x20
Preacher curls w/ cambered bar - 4x60x15 focus on slow negatives and intense contractions

ALSO
I have come into the possession of a few new supplements, listed here:
10mL blend: 32mg test ace, 145mg test deconoate, 150mg test prop, 73mg test phenylpropionate, 200mg test Cyp per mL. "600mg/mL"
10mL blend: 100mg test suspension, 100mg tren suspension per mL
20mL blend: 100mg test prop, 200mg tren ace, 100 mast prop per mL

Not necessarily adding any of it to my cycle, but i think it's exciting to have this stuff on hand lol

Thanks Pizza King! And yeah haha that's what the vial says, but obviously a good portion of that 600mg is composed of esters and not actual testosterone. So I take it with a grain of salt.

Great shoulder workout today!
Seated DB lateral raises
15x25, 20x20, 25x15

Ahren's shoulder press
30x20, 40x15, 50x12, 60x10

Rear delt flies on pec deck machine
100x20, 130x18, 160x15, 190x12

Standing one arm DB lateral raises
30x20, 35x15, 40x12, 45x10 no rest --> 45x10 partial reps

Standing one arm DB front raises
20x15, 25x12, 30x10, 35x8 no rest --> more reps till failure

Cambered bar upright rows
3x80x15
Superset with:
One arm incline bench rear delt raises
3x5lbs to failure each side
^ those are hard to explain so I'm including some pics to hopefully visually show what I mean.


Also, weighed 227 today. On the rise baby! Hopefully breaking 230 within the next week. Just gotta eat!

Anyone with experience using test & tren suspensions have any insight on how I should use it, and whether I should include it somewhere in this cycle or not?
