Yes sir. When I was running tren ace I ran it as low as 150 per week just because I didn't need anything else, the tren was working just fine!
You saw results on 150mg/week Tren Ace? That's incredibly low from what I've seen other guys run. One forum I frequent they recommend no less than 700mg/week, haha.
No no, I was using 150mg test enanthate as a base. I started the tren ace at 210mg/week and saw some results but 350 was my sweet spot, 50mg a day. Ramped up until I was at 700mg/week for my final week on it. It was pretty awesome, I'll have to try it for longer next time. Which might just be at the tail end of this run. I was also running 50mg oral winstrol.
I've always wanted to run Test E/Tren IM, it sounds like one of the most magical combinations in the world of bodybuilding. One day, one day... I say throw it in at the tail end, why not? lol
I have been looking into the Run and Gun protocol (6 week blasts with short esters 6 weeks TRT dose) lately. Seems to have some very good results and avoids a lot of the sides becoming too bad. Keeps myostatin and cortisol levels lower and blood work a little more normal than long cycles.
If I decide to really push anabolics after this run, I will probably go that route heading to a show. Test Prop 75-100 / ED, NPP or Tren Ace 50-75mg / ED, with 50mg Dbol a day would be a fun and effective ride for 6 weeks.

Alright y'all, the rest of my cycle goodies have arrived. It appears I received an extra thing of tren ace and test e so I'm a happy camperI'm debating starting the dbol today and the test/EQ as well, so that hopefully the dbol will be fully kicking by the time I get back.
Then again, it may be a better idea to just begin when I get back.
DBol kick in is immediate, all oral steroids are. Don't waste it taking it when not training hard. There is no need for build up the halflife doesn't even allow for a build up like that. As soon as it is in your system it starts doing it's thing.
True, although last time I took dbol it took 5-7 days to really start getting good.
Have you decided if your going to dose that nolva while on dbol? If so, what's the dosing look like?
Nah probably not, although I may order some just in case. I'm thinking about even holding off from the exemestane until I notice an unwanted side effect. No point in crushing estrogen unless you have to. I'll bring it down when it gets too high!
When rubbing my finger on the sides of the nose, -or over my forehead, and it's too oily, I grab the AI.
For me the best to evaluate it, because low -and high estro have similar sides.

Lol so I bought four packs of Oreos today while grocery shopping. Peanut butter, s'mores, strawberry shortcake, and birthday cake. Just tried them all.
My nips get puffy really quickly when my estrogen is high. As soon as I notice them through a shirt or take my shirt off and see them popping out from my chest, I know I need to get it under control.
Face oil too, although sometimes that's unavoidable for me when on testosterone.

If you get lumps / noticeable puffy nips you already have gyno, it may be minor but it is there. Any time you stimulate it you add a little more tissue to it. No reason to allow it to get to that point if you know that you are gyno sensitive. Just looking out for you brother!
Why not rolaxo? I thought that was best for estrogen control, if I recall correctly.

He should be fine running 10mg of Nolva daily, ralox is great for shrinking up gyno that is there or if extremely sensitive but nolva is quite effective, it has been the go to for gyno prevention among experienced drug users since the 70's... So long as he has a good source it should be perfect.
You hear more about AI's now because there is a good supplement market so keeping people focused on AI's is beneficial to the bodybuilding industry. However crushing estro blunts gains and causes a plethora of issues with blood work and what not. Using nolva for gyno prevention or combating on setting gyno has been the gold standard among bodybuilders and power lifters for years and years.
The Ralox is like the gold standard for trying to reverse aka starve the breast tissue to make it smaller but he shouldn't really need it unless he let the cycle get out of control. If using for that then you would want to run it with letro and prepare for a miserable 4-6 weeks or so while estrogen is in the bucket.

Yeah good point, and I already knew I had gyno, it's been there for years and usually flares up on cycle. Probably better to be proactive this time around. I'll order some nolva after this weekend and we'll get rocking.
You just experience flare ups on cycle? Such as side effects that people associate with it? Or do you actually have gyno and it gets worse on cycle?

You do have to look really close to tell in your recent pics. Like inspecting it close, but I have noticed it a little bit when you are on. I only notice because I have some of my own. So it is like owning a car when you have one, you suddenly notice them everywhere.
Then again 40% of males have some form of it now and over 50% when you get over 40 years of age. Not just for steroid users anymore...

Tren was actually not as rough on my gyno-wise as deca was. But I know exactly what you're talking about, those damn angles...Ditto. There are days on Tren that my right nipple catches my eye like WTF, do you even lift? From straight on view ok, slight turn to the right uuugh. No Bueno
That sucks, bro! Well best of luck keeping it tame and under control! But hey, if you can keep it from going full-blown on Deca and Dbol, you know how to control it. Somehow I've been lucky to never have gyno symptoms, even being ex-obese and having an over abundance of aromatase being produced. But I keep a stock of exemestane and raloxifene in case that luck ever changes, haha.
In other news, my workouts have been absolute crap lately, as has my sleep schedule, appetite, and energy during the day. Having some issues with my girlfriend and I'm thinking it may be messing with my head. This weekend on the river will be good for me. Same chick. What's weird is that the sleep problems started when she went out of town almost two weeks ago. Like literally from the first night I spent alone, and hasn't stopped since.
