Phosphatidylserine or Cissus

Looking to obtain a cortisol control supplement. Just wondering what experiences you all have had between these two supps. I like all of the mental benefits you receive from PS, but i hear a lot of good things about cissus. I'm currently running 3,000mg of Vitamin C daily, so this will compliment that. Keep in mind that i am natural and not dealing with any AAS post cycle cortisol spikes, just daily maintenance. Please help me decide the most beneficial and cost effective method of controlling cortisol.

Either or will do. Cissus is probably the cheaper of the two.

If you're looking for daily maintenance, then none of these will help long-term. The body will eventually correct itself and return to homeostasis.

Why not some DHEA-related compound like the Reduce XT MAxximal posted or PES Erase (running right now, solid)...

Erase has good reviews, just kinda expensive. Was looking to either get some PS or cissus in bulk.

Endoamp max (Ps) is what I prefer to use for cortisol issues. Ive been using Ps for this reason for years ( vitamin worlds brand ). Im using both right now through, cissus and Ps. Right now I feel like a can barely live without Cissus, as I have joint issues that are almost unbarable and cissus is a miracle for that imo.

May ask Rodja at some point if my nutriton is one of the culprits of my joint discomfort. He is unbelievably knowledgable on subjects like this.
