phera plex please help

i have a few questions..first off i have liver d tox fuel by twin lab..is that a good enought liver aid? another thing..i have alot of bloat in my stomach and even more under my belly button like near my bladder...is this normal? last question..can someone explain what back bumps are..it feels like my kidneys are popping out and im wondering if thats just back bumps and its a normal safe side effect..no pain just a bloaty buldge feeling..thanks guys in advance..also feel free to tell me anything about pher plex in your own experiances.. btw mines expired 2 years ago..i hope its not toxic or anythng..im on day 5 of it and i feel good except for bloat and kidneys popping out
 
First off Phera plex is a wet gainer you will retain alot of water.. also.. its pretty toxic one of the stronger ph's under superdrol.. Prolly want a better liver detoxifier like liv-52 or liver juice.. Another thing back pumps are a common side.. Some taurine can help that.. I never really had low back pumps mostly were up toward my rhomboid area..
 
but what are back bumps? i feel like mabe its my kidneys being over worked and sticking out is that what back bumps are..im kinda nervous
 
Back pumps are mainly due to glycogen retention, And alot of stress being put your kidneys. Go to your local nutri shop and purchase some taurine. and throw gatorade in as well. If that doesnt help then I'd seek medical help
 
Im in my 3rd week of P-Plex also. Im getting pretty bad back *PUMPS also. This is my second p-plex cycle (one around a year ago) and I got them then also. The remedy can be a few things
TAURINE!!! its the first thing you should do. (besides water)
LOTS OF WATER
Magnesium
Potassium in caps or banannas are good
Also like said above electrolytes so gatorade or powerade should do it.
Also take a look at my cycle post you may or may not find some good things in there. its in my profile.
Also what ALL are you running with the Phera Plex. Liver support is good but not good alone.
You should be taking
multis
Milk Thistle (or another liver support)
and Fish Oil, COQ10 or another heart support
All that is just a starting point though. Hope this helps.
Also take caution if your feeling problems after 5DAYS!

God I hope that's not you or you need to stop lol WTF is that like acne of the back. I've never had anything close to that from phera plex.
 
So I was reading along everything was all good, and then you have to go and post something like that.:sick::why:
 
The pumps are due to aldosterone and the subsequent mineralocorticoid receptor. Potassium and taurine are your friend for this issue.
 
i feel like my kidneys are popping out tho like my lower back..like those tubes running at the bottom of the middle of your back its right where my kidneys are and the left side is sticking out more..my stomach is blated too is it just pushing the muscles out or is this the pumps or wtf is the deal im nervous..i dont want like kindey failure..and also what are good support supplements to take with phera im gonna go spend like 50 bucks on support stuff tommrow i dont like my liver stuff i have and ppl sed some kinda berry and zinc and magansium i dont ****ing no!!!!

2nd this! Please post your whole cycle layout in detail. This way we can give you better advice. How many days have you been on P-Plex already btw? :surprised:
 
Read my above comments. It's back pumps. Look at my Pplex cycle listed in my profile and look at what I'm taking but to REALLY HELP we need all of what your taking. Also no alcohol, energy drinks, etc but drink lots of water
 
im taking twin labs liver d tox fuel.. 1 a day vatamins.. i have clomid for pct i might be gettin some nvadex from my guy and i been on pp for about 5 days ..as long as ots pumps and not my kidneys exploding then i dont care lol..im not drinking enrgy drinks only occasional 5 hr sot an coffee and im not drining or nothing on it but after about 5 days after im going to miami for wmc and i know im gonna do alot of drugs cause its those kida house music parties so i hope i dont die lol..ur gona say im immature for saying that but i know of ppl doing much worse
 
Yea not smart and it won't help but to each his own. but no your liver shouldn't just give out just as long as your taking liver support. I don't think your doin much for this cycle tho cause for it to work you need to have a great schedule of eating, lifting, sleeping and among other things. Diverting is just gonna do nothing and or hurt ya.
 
i gained 3 pounds in 6 days and thats the first week..if i gain 10 15 pounds ill be very happy..im eating at least something small every 2 hours plus bigger meals ..i just wana be safe is all im worried about from doing drugs after the cycle and i have pct supplys i just wana know what other stuff to take during the cycle just to help keep my natural test levels up and to protect my body
