My biggest issue before i cycle is figuring out the diet part. I try to eat 40/40/20 but I cant seem to keep the carbs in line with the protein, not to mention eating 4500 cals a day. I think I may just use a weight gainer and eat healthy 5-6 times a day. Unless I invest in a chicken farm I dont see any other way to eat right.

i think you might have to go to 30 as you have ran it before. I started at 10 for about 3-4 days then 15 then 20 then 25 then 30 but i went back to 25 as 30 didnt seem to give better gains. I had PheraMax and Phera plex so i could dose at those mgs. I was 198 when i started and got up to 206 after. COQ10 with hawthorne berry kept mine good. You can buy a NOW brand but actually just go with AI's Cycle support. I did retain and ai's post cycle therapy with nolva on hand. Libido came back after about 1 week and a half on post cycle therapy. It was slow but it came back fine. But around week 3 "on" i was like 'DONE" as far as any libido. Im guessin this was normal. This time i am thnkin of using fenugreek or maca too.

I will be starting my 2nd PP at Thanksgiving and I discovered that I still have quite the stash of support supps (COQ, Fish Oil, Milk Thistle) and I was going to just use Cycle Support but now I will try to get my other support supps "piece by piece" and use up what I ahve. Alpha Drive seems like it would be good for post cycle therapy. Fenu i will not use again, didnt really work for me not to mention sometimes it made me smell like a fenugreek haha. I have Maca this time and will use that with Powerfull, Nolva, and try some LeanXtreme in place of Retain.

FWIW...I don't know about Methyl Plex but I did a PP cycle and did the following preload for 3 weeks but I will probably do 2 weeks next time. Really, I think it was the RYR or Hawthorne that needs a few weeks to take effect. I THINK...Regardless, this is what I will do again 2 weeks prior to cycle.
