JD, I know this guy can do it. Definitely mire PRs ahead. I am still not going to let go of the fact that he includes a 5 km run in his workouts and I don't care when he does it.

Yeah for sure, doing a 5k run at the end of every workout takes a lot of dedication.

Recovery: 9 - fully recovered this morning
Joint Health: 7 - knee is good, elbow is bothering me from todays workout though. Its almost like a tennis elbow feeling. I had read somewhere that this can be a direct result of rope pushdowns (which I have swapped for V bar on triceps) and preacher curls...anyone know if this is true? If so..I might need to replace this with something else (perhaps on just one of the days).
Skin: Oily again, but perhaps that is just the fact that it is hotter the a hinge on a whorehouse today...
Sleep Quality: 10 - excellent 8 hour sleep!
 
Aaahhhh. I love shoulder days. Especially the presses. It's such an alpha exercise, lifting heavy weight overhead. Great workout wasme !

Appetite is up. I do seem to go through cycles 4-5 days where I could eat everything in site, then a couple of days where I am very satisfied with not whole lot. I would say it was higher when I was taking Anabeta (1st gen) + Prime.

Off day today...

That puts 4 weeks to bed... and I have to say: strength, recovery, sleep, endurance and energy are all noticeably up. Pump, vascularity are also up but could at times that might be from certain pre-workout products. Although even as I sit here typing, I have not worked out in 30 hours, and I have great vascularity and muscle hardness.

Libido is also up. My last stack Prime/Anabeta I saw no increase in Libido. Appetite has also been increased all week, and joints are overall much better this week.

Tomorrow is another day off, but I do have a week from hell coming up. So depending on my mood I might start my week tomorrow.

Overall Feeling: 10 - felt great this morning. Rolled out of bed, went for a run, then hit the weights. Didn't feel as good after but fine now.. funny felt frustrated for about 30 minutes before leaving for work. Not sure what was pi$$ing me off, gone now though lol.

Energy: 9 - Great energy throughout workout and my run.

Endurance: 9 - Felt like I could just keep going after my calves 7's. Was a great strong feeling.

I know I keep saying this, but I really miss the energy boost from Licogenix. Especially since nothing has duplicated it.

I agree. I typically wake up, slug back Licogenix and a couple of other caps and it gets me out of bed. From your experiences in your last log, when I try MASS HGH I might need Licogenix to get me up each day! lol.

I may be a bad responder to L-Dopa. Or too good of a responder. The sluggishness is ridiculous.
My system is weird in that I can take OEP before bed and fall asleep within 20 minutes.

So for someone who never has issues with sleep, maybe L-Dopa swings too far on the other side of the pendulum ?

Strength: 9 - After hitting some good PR's on Tuesday's leg workout, I really didnt think I would gain in any areas yesterday. But up 5lbs for bench and 10lbs for incline bench was fantastic.

Recovery: 7 - This number might actually be lower than it should be, but yesterday even though arms were recovered, legs were sore as hell. But then again, they should be!

I am simply chalking this up to a long week and 5 workouts in a row, without a break between day 2-3 or 3-4. I really feel I should start implementing a day off. That said, I do enjoy Sat/Sun off.

Normally I do not post on a day off, but am today as I have noted what I think to be an interesting observation. So after work yesterday, I raced home did my workout, showered up, bbq'd a couple of burgers and headed down to the Molson Amphitheatre to see Alice Cooper/Iron Maiden. Hit the parking lot early with friends, and had a fair bit to drink. Went in, and continued the party. Concert was great, both bands were excellent and I had not seen them in years. Got home, drunk (typically I do not drink when on a stack - perhaps the odd beer). Took a couple of advil, and 6 endosurge and hit the pillow at 1am. I woke up at 1030am (that is pretty much a coma for me). And I feel like I had nothing to drink yesterday.

Was this just dumb luck, or is the recovery from this stack that good, and did the endosurge give me such a good rest that today I am without a hangover. Normally I would feel a little rough around the edges, but today I feel great.

Not saying I would do this often, just thought it was interesting. lol.
