Energy: 9 - Had really good energy, enabled me to have shorter breaks between sets.

Endurance: 9 - Good endurance and workout was done a little faster than normal.
Strength: 8 - No PR's today. A couple of extra reps here and there, but I only count added weight as PR's.. But all felt good and I suppose I cant move the weight up every week.
Pump: 9 - Biceps were nice a full!
Vascularity: 9 - Arms were like road maps
Recovery: 9 - Excellent recovery

Skin: Normal
Sleep Quality: 10 - excellent sleep, did not want to get up.
