Good to see you back on here. Lots of work done, good job!
Thanks, I miss the gym so much now and body is healed up. Was real interesting to get the farmer/landscaper workout for a few weeks in the sun.Good to see you back on here. Lots of work done, good job!
Donating upregulates blood production in response - it creates a cycle of needing to donate to manage things. 50 is zero reason for concern, so if he can manage it without phlebotomy it’s better not to mess with it.Looks pretty decent, go donate if you can and you will get a good 3 point drop on hematocrit.
The more you know!Donating upregulates blood production in response - it creates a cycle of needing to donate to manage things. 50 is zero reason for concern, so if he can manage it without phlebotomy it’s better not to mess with it.
Only my older bloodwork from years ago it used to have 52 listed as the top of normal range! Pretty much everyone seemingly educated I’ve been able to listen to makes it sound like low 50s is fine; it’s high 50s you need to take action (when you don’t live at elevation) because 60 is where the real risk is lying. The more you know!
Nice, I will still figure this out, just in case I let it get too high, but just keeping EQ cycle length in check seems to be OK so far. It's the only negative side from EQ thus far.Looks pretty decent, go donate if you can and you will get a good 3 point drop on hematocrit.
Thanks Hyde, much appreciated as always. Good to know I can lower hemocrit without blood draw and just keep EQ cycle length reasonable l, long but not too long.Only my older bloodwork from years ago it used to have 52 listed as the top of normal range! Staying hydrated goes into this as well of course. Just drinking water to keep the blood full & pumping right does so much good.
Thanks all is well just balancing a lot. Back at regular regimen in gym coming. Think I'm gonna start off the Brawn P-Mag, since the Mecha agrees well with me try it's cousin out (get strength and a bit of size back up) And then Tren+ Core Labs to lean out after the holidays, now done with docs for a while...Good that you got your situation squared away.
Thanks Sega! Until I hit the $M mark I feel like I can lift 7-9 mo out of the year, just cause I have a young biz /young fam/ house to pay off etc. Hard to be 12 mo consistent until I pull a Tony Hughes (you know that lawyer guy from Enhanced Athlete) and can retire early and just train as much as I want.. no trips to Thailand though lol.Welcome back brother. Working on coming back from an inury/set back myself.
You missed a chance to say "to make them Ryse!" -2 points for missing Dad Joke opportunity!PMag sounds nice!
MuscleTech just signed Blessing if you follow BBers. Like that for him, although would've rather seen him go with a brand like Ryse to help boost them, which was one of ones he mentioned he was close to signing with.
PMag = appetite and no soreness for sure. Bit of a mood lift like the Mechabol, might be tad bit stronger (or just how it feels)...PMag sounds nice!

Ha! Shoot, I gotta be quicker! You missed a chance to say "to make them Ryse!" -2 points for missing Dad Joke opportunity!
Stuff Works, definitely notice cycles with less sides and blood work seems more manageable after.[Comprehensive Liver/Kidney with some heart Support = Nutriissa Cycle Support + TUDCA]
This is what I am using right now with my blast! Just running 25mg of TBol right now on top of some oils. it has a pretty nice ingredient profile.
I'm honestly the worst at Dad jokes. Need to up my laugh game! You missed a chance to say "to make them Ryse!" -2 points for missing Dad Joke opportunity!

Being physically active is NECESSARY for optimal MENTAL HEALTH! Your body is designed to move, and training/exercising releases endorphins and does all kinds of positive chemical things in the brain, as well as physical health.Bit of extra delay to getting going again - still here - but family's health challenges + holidays + business stuff... just kicking my arse at the moment.
Was in very good shape (for me) ~210lbs and getting lean around the waist from the summer. I find with landscaping/outdoor work I could keep most of that for 2-3 months... But my diet and lack of workouts - total yoyo on the sweet-tea and pizza and what not here. Anyway, I love doing this to myself, 3-steps forwards... 2-steps back.
Regardless, keeping the wife healthy (laser eye surgery late October) + my flu + kids colds/flus, school things.. It Bugs the heck out of me, cause I'm slightly bipolar -in that when I'm outta the gym being overly stressed by life obligations... my diet tanks and depression will set in... When I do workout and get in a rythym of a couple weeks, I can maintain for 6-12 months... and I naturally get my hunger back, cook well eat, well, and attitude is generally in check. Like no middle ground for me.

I'm probably back to 200-205lbs and added a bit of love handle again. Really need to do a Dr. Tony Huge, make a few $M retire early so I can actually focus on health/self, and have enough resources to take care of the family... without daily 18+ hour grind.
Thanks brother! The 'hygiene' and long-term health + anti-depression aspect won the wife over. So good news. Got workouts in the past three days, house ready for Xmas, and even got the wife to start training on Rower + Tonal. Being she's Sri Lankan they're more a vacation island culture, lol so finally getting her going!Being physically active is NECESSARY for optimal MENTAL HEALTH! One of the best things I’ve ever heard Juji Mufu say was that practicing physical fitness is a HYGIENE - it must be a part of your life routine for optimal wellness. It’s not some luxury for millionaires to get in shape once they’ve retired. Any independent adult can set a very early alarm clock or stay up late 3-4 days per week to move their body however they are able for at least 30 minutes.
I am not lecturing you - I am encouraging you to pursue what you just admitted to us: getting into a fitness routine of ANY kind cascades into positivity for your entire life. If all you can commit to is 30 minutes MWF before the kids get up, do it! You will be a better more able father for it. Assuming you get at least 4 hours of sleep a night average, that 30 min of missed sleep won’t actually help as much the exercise will. You won’t make it to retirement if you become totally sedentary, overstressed, develop metabolic syndrome as you become skinny fat and have a cardiac event in the next decade.
Good call, currently googling sissy squat machines versus the triangular incline press, hack squat stations.Congrats on getting the wife involved. Hopefully she sticks with it. Sounds like you are hitting your stride again. If you still have a hard time with the leg extensions you could probably pick up a sissy squat set up without taking up much room in your training area. Even body weight would allow some growth and adding in a little resistance will really crank those up.
It's very good just finished my first tub of it. Nice to see MuscleTech still putting out something good and new. The strawberry-watermellon Euphoriq (forget the moniker) is a bit too arti-sweet, but mixes will with a lot of water.Euphoriq yuzu lemonade sounds great!
True that, forgot to mention that.. actually the more likely cause, but what was confusing was the rest of the family was sick (young kids, wife, my in-laws all took turns after spring FL vacation). So I didn't know if their flu turned into my stomach flu, etc.. but good call I'll watch for that given I'm on TRT and PMag again, but not high dose. I'll have to look back if that was MSten or Mecha that gave me indigestion...Good news on the whey front. Like I mentioned then it could have had to do with the orals on top of other things.
All orals can do this, especially the more you use them. It’s not really a dosage thing, more just exposure over time.True that, forgot to mention that.. actually the more likely cause, but what was confusing was the rest of the family was sick (young kids, wife, my in-laws all took turns after spring FL vacation). Yep, I am recovering from it right now from TBol. About a week out and already doing better but it will take a couple weeks to be completely over it. I need to get some glutamine to help with it.All orals can do this, especially the more you use them. It’s not really a dosage thing, more just exposure over time.
Glutamine at 10g twice a day helps so much for sure.Yep, I am recovering from it right now from TBol. About a week out and already doing better but it will take a couple weeks to be completely over it. I need to get some glutamine to help with it.
Shoot wish I'd known that before.. hopefully modified diet will keep it at bay, no spicy foods on cycle extra carbs ok a bit too, need the calories anyway.Glutamine at 10g twice a day helps so much for sure.
