That's a lot of volume with a sore back there Pete. Do you think Front Squats would be a decent trade off for Leg Press?

Better for overall mass not as good for sheer isolation. With a leg press your stabilizers aren't firing as hard to support the weight. It's like smith machine bench v free weight bb bench.

Problem is all these Meadows routines call for Leg Press, but I do not have that in my garage.. So need the next best. As you already know he calls for back/hack squats a lot so can't sub those in. Any suggestions?

Lunges , oh db squats. , goblet squats , rev lunges , Bulgarian split squats. I'm sure there's tons more but just a few I like.

Since you'll have a lot of lunges and stuff in meadows id just do fronts honestly. Or do lower weight higher rep back squats with bands. Or the db or goblet squats but I'd like to use a bit of weight to replace the leg press. OR how's this sound, since fronts are always lighter do the 3x6-8 on fronts then back squat in place of leg press.
 
I'm going to start doing low intensity cardio after dinner. Tonight I took my boys on a 45 min walk through our neighborhood. Our neighborhood is awesome for running or walking. It's so hilly with small and large hills and pushing a double stroller with my boys in it made it even harder especially on the big hills. Of course I take the route with the biggest uphill battles.

You have a smith, right? I've read in some log that people lay down (not sure how they lay exactly) and kick the bar up for some type of leg press. Just a though.

Standing DB lat raises-ss-DB swings
3x30's x 12-ss-3x30's x 10

Seated DB press
60's x 12
70's x 9
75's x 10

Standing BB over and backs
3x85x8
Lowered the weight 10 lbs to be more strict and not cheat with my legs.

Standing band lat raises
3x15 reps

BB upright rows
3x85x10

Incline rear delt DB raises-ss-incline DB swings
3x10's x 15-ss-3x10's x 10
Burn!

Triple set
Plate front raise-ss-plate shrugs-ss-standing DB lat raises
3x45x10-ss-3x45's x 15-ss-3x10's x 12
Then went directly into
Standing BB press
1x65x10

My muscles feel harder and I feel the pump comes on quick since the start of 1-Andro. I'm only on day 4 so it could just be in my head:) still using 1 scoop of SuperPump Max and 1 Phenadrol pill pre workout. That Phenadrol still is the most intense stim product I've used. Effect have not dropped or gone away!

YouTube vertical smith leg press and you should find some instructional videos on how to do it. :)

I always feel that crazy pump when starting a new cycle, has to be all in my head though.

I just hit week 6 of test/tren and man have I been feeling swole. The flood of compliments always lifts you to another level. Keep it up bro.

The gym partner said I look obscene today doing shrugs. I think that was the best compliment I've gotten to date haha.

NIce session Pete. Thanks for the smith leg press idea. I actually tried these last year found it very hard to stabilize. But will check out some vids and give it another go.

Thanks man! It was a great week for sure! Wasn't expecting the box from Xcel or the opportunity from Mind+Muscle to log a great AMS stack! The nudes could be better:) I would like to tighten up a little bit. I'm super happy about the new job, I start on the 7th of July. I got off work from my families business about an hour ago and I'm on vacation until I start on the 7th! Excited!!!!

All right guys, I got another bottle of 1-Andro! One of my bottles in my stack wasn't sealed, it didn't even have a seal on it at all. So I emailed Mind+Muscle and they thought that was weird so they sent me a new bottle. I was going to send my bottle back to them but they said don't bother, it would just get thrown away, so I'm keeping it and can't let it go to waste!!! So here's how the next 8 weeks will play out.

Weeks1-2(1-Andro)
Weeks3-4(1-Andro)
Weeks5-6(1-Andro, Epi-1-Test)
Weeks7-8(Epi-1-Test)

Sounds good to me!

Not sure the correct vernacular for what the complete opposite of what a big deal might be but that's prolly what I'm closer to lol.
 
I like having a log it keeps me accountable for the workouts, diet, nudes, and to help other company's promote their product. Plus look at all the cool people on AM!
There was a time when it was my thing. I find following some logs informative and interesting but I got tired of documenting everything in a log. Really enjoyed the interesting ****ers who followed and the motivation boost from everyone was extremely beneficial.

I do want to note that I'm a little over a week on 1-Andro and the libido is skyrocketing into space! I have to be careful not to bump into anything:)

Hey Pete. Pretty sure you workout at home like myself. Was curious how you get 100 on a db. I can only get up to 80 on mine. Or do you have some solid weight ones (not interchangeable). HOpe that made sense lol
I have the plate loaded DB's. My handles are 10 lbs a piece then I put a 25 and 2-10's per side to make 100lbs. I actually still have room on my handles, I have gone up to 125 per DB before. Plus I still have room after that. I could use 2-25's per side to make 110lbs per DB and load 10's on after those, I probably could get to 150 per DB.

Thanks man. I need to get stronger dbs then. Mine are only 3lbs so probably wouldnt support that. Funny enough, I never thought of using 25's on there.
