The recipes live on in AndroFactory's products - Venus took the recipes with her when she left Eric Portraz, & a lot of email addresses too. Just as pricey, & pretty quality too. The products. Not so much the company overall.

Dropped the weight for more control
15 sec rests in between sets

Bent over BB row-ss-hammer pull-ups
3x135x10-ss-3x5 reps
Same here with dropping the weight.
10 sec rest in between sets

Wide grip inverted row
3x10 reps
15 sec rests in between sets

Meadows rows-ss-band face pulls
3x90x10 reps per arm-ss-3x20 reps
No rests, just back and fourth until all 3 sets completed

Incline bench plate rows-ss-susp sys rows
3x45's x 10-ss-3x10 reps
10 sec rests in between sets

Ez bar reverse wide grip row(pinkies against collars)

Awesome workout! Wasn't feeling it when I started but it kicked into over drive! I actually took 2 Phenadrol pills this morning cause I was soooooo tired, that did the trick. I want to say that since I've been using 1-Andro that my pumps are crazy! A little over a week in and the two most noticeable things are the libido and the pumps, nothing on strength yet. Just figured I'd give a little update.
 
Ah, there were "10's" all over that lifting session! Yeah buddy! Nice work. I wish my workouts had that many "10's"! Lol

Yesterday I supersetted legs and arm because the guy I'm training is going out of town for the holiday weekend and I want him to get in every body part this week. I'll try and remember as much as I can from the workout. It was non stop, there were no rest at all. Basically when I was squatting he was curling and then we swapped until all exercises were done! It was intense. I couldn't tell you the last time I did a workout without a single rest period.

Thanks buddy! I bought it off my wife's cousin. The only reason they were selling it is because they bought a bigger Sea Ray. I wasn't even in the market for a boat nor was I looking to buy a boat but when we went to the docks last week and he showed us his new boat and said he was selling this one, I was like, Really! Plus he is like a perfectionist and it has been maintained to the fullest degree plus I'll be docked right next to him so he can help me out on everything:)
 
Better step up my training and diet game, I have to be peeled if I'm going to be on that bad boy on the water!

Fair warning now, any big holiday weekend sucks for boating. drunk ass holes all over the place. water will be absolutely packed. took mine out on labor day last year, had a jet ski almost hit me not once but twice. same guy too. almost got in a fist fight with some ass hole that passed me (anchored fishing a small drop off) at about 40mph and maybe 4 feet away. no need for sh*t like that,especially on a several hundred acre bay. only thing that saved his ass from being severely beaten infront of the several busted ass sluts on his boat was the fact my father was on the boat and literally held me down when i realized i was running the guy down. i had that anchor up and motor running so f*ckin' fast.. lmao if your new at driving and such i'd recommend just going next weekend for safety sake, especially for the family. if you've got experience then, whatever floats your boat!


just a little knowledge to those who dont own boats. BOAT is an acronym for Bring Out Another Thousand. the damn things are money pits. he's lucky his bro in law will help him keep it in good repair.

Nice boat Pete!!! Listen to SB holiday weekends suck for new boaters.. I've had a boat for the last 8 years they are expensive.. Gas is not cheap. Party on it docked at the slip ;)

Thanks man, I took it out yesterday and it wasn't bad. There weren't many people on the water, which was surprising! There will be a sh!t ton today I'm sure. Oh I know the gas is pricy, it cost $500 to fill the tank.
 
Just wanted to update that on Wednesday I finished my first bottle of 1-Andro. I've been dosing a little higher, I'm at 1 1/4 ml, 4 times a day. I'd say it's definitely working!

^^This. I stopped taking mine out on the fourth/New Years because almost every year I come close to getting side-swiped. I even put lights all over the boat to make it light up like crazy but the drinks just can't seen to drive with their eyes open.

Mine is doing well on gas parked in the driveway. ;)

On our honeymoon (12 days) we spent $1500 on gas and we really weren't going out very far in the gulf.
 
Sorry guys for not posting much but I've been super busy with the boat and the start of the new job. I've been lifting 5 days a week Monday thru Friday taking the weekends off. I've been dosing higher on the 1-Andro still and I can tell it's in full for definitely raising test, I've got acne! Along with libido raised. I think this weekend I'll take some progress pics to show everyone what almost 2 bottles if 1-Andro will do.
 
How's the new job man?? I'm sure you're killing it at work and the gym. Excited to see some nudez
