I'll be doing legs tomorrow, the squat machine I usually use is broken and hacks squats will have to do. Haven't done free weight squats in years, because of the surgery. The knee pain and being nervous has kept me from attempting to try an do them. I hope to eventually get it done with the help of Genoflex.
No joint pain, Genoflex is the real deal. I expect some muscle soreness, which I haven't experienced in a while since I was able to use heavier weights. Hopefully the squat machine will be repaired by the time leg day comes around again. Looking forward to moving into free weight squats, sometime in April if all goes well.
I was really impressed when I didn't have any pain while doing leg extentions.Awesome to hear sir. I'm very excited for this run. I'm gone back to free weight on my benching and dumbells on my shoulder work so I'm counting on genoflex to keep me going strong. My joints always feel like death when I go from hammer type routines to free weight based.
I'm about 2 weeks into Genoflex. Also started Strength unleashed at the same time for it's purported joints benefits. The combo has me benching pain free for the first time in a long time. I have chronic bursitis in my left shoulder. I can't attribute this recovery solely to Genoflex but I am confident that it is an effective joint supplement in comparison to the many others I have tried the past 2 years. I will know more in a few months when I drop the DSU. Cheers.

I did the whole rack for 15 reps, could've done more but didn't want to push it more than I already was. I usually stop at 5 plates from the bottom, but felt strong and decided to go for it. I also did 720lbs for 15 reps on the leg press, I usually only go up to 540lbs I only felt a little pain walking down the steps after doing squats to go to the leg press machine and didn't feel any during the rest of my workout.
I stopped Genny for a week and had pain in my elbows so bad I couldn't do any pressing movements. Knees had pain, but was tolerable. So I'm back on Genny, it's been a week so far and the pain is subsiding. I guess I'm on Genny for life, unless I decide to stop working out which I don't see happening. This is my last post concerning Genny, unless it stops working or my blood test comes back skewed. I also worked my way up to 900 lbs on the leg press for 15 reps, before I stopped taking Genny.
Yes sir and I did 990 on the leg press for 15 reps. I'm on my third bottle of Genny now, gave the 4th one to a friend to try. I'll be placing an order for more shortly.
