Dont even get me started.... I was doing deads the other day... 225 for sets of 10... nothing HUGE. perfect form with taps to the ground then right back up and walking in my last rep to the rack...It was for squatting in the squat rack and not curling there

The friggin owner comes over and gives me the "can you not drop the weights" speech... I just looked at him like, HUH? "whatever bro" was my basic response.
I guess it was "legendary" cause all the front desk guys laugh about it with me, "no one ever talks back to him".... well sorry, I wasnt in the wrong for doing a normal olympic lift.. this is a gym right?

also Djbombsquads dips dont bend at 90% look at the triceps.. Would really love to see some videos, and also that the videos posted get reported by form and vision of execution! just my taught
Draft those 24 pulls ups arent a go imo! i would like to see a hanging pull up lats fully stretched
im able to do 15 totally hanging reps, if i slighty dont extrent fully i would be able to do alot more!
