Bare with me here! This will be my first log.
Erase pro, anabeta, alpha t2 (will separate the sups by a week starting with alpha t2 then erase then anabeta) 8 week run
Also taking:
protein
Kre alkyline
Fish oil
Animal pack
cla
Green tea extract


Going to start this hopefully the 16 or before. Just waiting on my alpha t2.

Diet will consist of low carbs. And a lot of meat(if anyone can tell me a better diet I will apreciate it.

Weight 177-180
Height 5'11
Bf:10-15 tops
 
The low carbs is fine but could be on the higher end during your anabeta run. I suggest increasing your fat intake while having a lower carb intake to compensate as a source of dense energy and extra cholesterol for testosterone synthesis.

X2, when I tried anabeta, I was on a low carb diet but anabeta made me CRAVE carbs! Good carbs that is:)
 
I'm sorry for little detail I wouldn't mind gaining a bit. But I wanna lean out exspecting that I'll end at around 175?

AGREED 100%. My last bulk, I tried to limit carbs a bit, and up protein to prevent as much fat gain, and I ended up gaining nothing because I didn't increase my dietary fats with the lack of carbs... HUGE mistake and learned a lot from that!

Yeah man its either one or the other, me personally am not to keen on the keto diet but that is me.

U said bf is 10-15% which is a huge window of uncertainty for everyone following as well as yourself. You should try to get that checked. As for weight, if you're 177-180 and only want to lose 2-4 pounds, this stack with that keto diet will easily double that number assuming your diet is good... You could end up at 165-170... Lots of fat burning n diuretic potential with everything u list above so just be aware.
 
as far as the supplements go everything looks good man. but yes if you are doing low carbs keep those days with carbs while you are on anabeta, you will crave them and also feel a bit sluggish if you dont have your carbs
 
So I'm just cutting carbs.
Breakfast: protein shake with oats and a banna and some peanuts butter all in a blender
Lunch: had to skip Cus I was out signing up for classes and work.
Dinner: brown rice and a steak

Gonna throw in another protein shake later tonight.
Sups:
Alpha t2 : 1 morning and 1 afternoon
Kre alkaline: 1 before 1 after work out.
Cla
Green tea extract.
Weighted 177.6 today
Did shoulders and traps


Just started alpha t2 for te first week then throwing in erase pro next week then anabeta the week after
 
First log so hang in there and I'll try and update as much as possible. I got more energy today and I could feel my heart beat a lot more
 
I need to start calculating it better aiming for about 130g carbs and I need to get around 200g of protein.
 
With your anabeta run, you should atleast increase the carbs a little. Im a low carb person year round and found myself very very tortured when i had like a potatos or sweet potatoes, made me want to eat more carb related foods after eating. I did anabeta for around 8 weeks and the first 2 weeks were fine but when i started feeling anabeta i could not help myself but increase my carb intake, it was beyond insane! Just my 2 cents! From what i heard anabeta does make you crave the carbs! haha
 
If your goal is to cut fat, I still think you should keep carbs low and carb cycle. 3 or 4 days low then a super high day will keep you sane. If you start getting some carb cravings, eat some broccoli or celery. All this stuff is in your head, the largest muscle developed after "dieting" and "training to the max" is gonna be your brain.
Just because you crave something doesnt mean you have to have it... but thats just my opinion.
 
Yeah I like to play around like that. I ain't much of a runner, but randomly I'll go for a 10 mile run. Just for the thrill o f the mind over matter. So today is my day off so my only workout will be shooting my compound bow. (practice for hunting)
Meal so far is just a Philly cheesesteak. I'll have a protein shake later with oats and peanut butter, and banana. Tomorrow will be a hard leg day gallows by a long hike.
Took to caps of Cla and alpha t2 +green tea extract.
 
Today I dident do anything due to truck problems. Tomorrow I'll pick back up with legs and cardio. Then Tuesday cheat tries then wensday back bies. Thursday deadlift. And cardio!
