Benny, do you use a protein supplement? If so, which one cause I'm trying to find one cause of the lactose issue as well.

It takes me a while to use them too. Plus I get bored of flavors, that's why I'm hoping for that insider email

Easy.... Instead of real food they supplement meals. I try to have 1 scoop every morning(I forget on days I don't train)after a session. 2lb tub is what, 20 servings one morning and one night would fly through it. And I've seen some of those recipes are you sure a month? Hahaha

Srsly Bob! You make all of those tasty recipes... NO way could you last a month on 1 - 2lb tub. I go through at least 2.

I'm sorry. Brb filling up cart at nutra with Alphamine, Alpha T2, Erase, Erase Pro, Enhanced, Anabeta, and Anabeta Elite. The mortgage payment can wait lol.

I need to start trying your recipes. I made French toast the other night for first time using egg white, plain Greek yogurt, vanilla, and cinnamon. It tasted way better than traditional.

Hard to believe it was healthier

Lol yup and I think it's the hen or chickens butt , yea I'm anti mc Donald , Burger King I would never eat that garbage again , haven't eaten that stuff in over 7 years since I lost my weight . I rather eat REAL BURGERS at home or red Robbin or five guys
