PES Presents SELECT!

I got my order in yesterday and immediately had me a shake... It was everything I'd hoped it would be and MORE!

Just wanted to jump in here and say job well done PES!!

Received my tub of chocolate and Snickerdoodle on Friday. Both are amazing in taste and Mixability. Chocolate is by far the closest to chocolate milk I've had.

4 more tubs of chocolate headed my way, usually use chocolate the least but it's a must-have for baking now

Only ordered the one chocolate and I'm scraping the bottom :(

Snicker-muthafuggin-doodle! It's delish!

need to do the same myself
i usually take around 1.5 months to go through a 2lb Tub

but after baking so many things with the Select it went DAMN fast.. nearly one of the fastest tubs i have ever been through

Says a lot about the company and their product. Quality formula and quality taste.

Combine all Dry (Whey, Pancake Mix Baking Powder, SF/FF Pudding Mix, PB Lean, and Splenda)

in a separate bowl mix the egg whites and stiffen by mixing with a hand blender for 3-5 minutes until it makes a stiff firm peak

Then add in the Greek Yogurt, Vanilla Extract, and Almond milk to the dry mixture and fold in the egg whites and use a spatula to fold in the egg whites and make your finished batter.

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and then use cooking spray on your muffin pan/sheet to prevent sticking.

Transfer the mixture to the Muffin Pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, use a toothpick to check Muffins if they are finished (it will come out with no residue on the toothpick)

SnickerDoodle and Banana Square Cake

Recipe

Dry:
65g Complete Pancake Mix
30g SnickerDoodle Select Whey
3g Splenda
Baking Powder (5g)
8g SF/FF Pudding Mix (Vanilla)
10g PB Lean (SnikcerDoodle Flavor)

Wet:
1 Egg Whites
1/3 Cup Milk (I used almond) Around 100g
50g Diced Banana

Directions:

Use a Magic Bullet or another stand up blender for this recipe.

First place in the wet (Almond Milk + Egg White and throw in a diced up banana)

Second Combine all Dry (Whey, Pancake Mix Baking Powder, SF/FF Pudding Mix, PB Lean, and Splenda) and add to your blender/Magic Bullet

Turn on your blender for a good 1-2 minutes to really let the ingredients bind together and mix well, before we continue.

Take a Square Tupperware container and spray it with cooking spray and make sure it is coated well

Take a spatula and transfer the mixture into the Tupperware container and microwave on a medium power for around 3 minutes (you should see the outside start to harden and the middle have a soft texture which will be perfect for when it cools)

Flip the cake upside down on a plate and allow it to cool when done (you can check when done using a fork along the outside edges and poking it forward to see if any residue or liquid is leaking to the bottom.

Allow to cool for a few minutes and then enjoy!

OMG Bob that looks amazing. You have really been whipping up some awesome stuff with Select.

I have just been drinking the CnC with almond milk. I guess I should venture out and try some of these recipes

Since PES ignored the important people and didn't go with a blueberry flavor, I took matters into my own hands. Took one 5.3oz container of blueberry Greek yogurt, one scoop C&C select and 16 oz whole milk (yes, whole milk!!) and mixed it in my shaker cup. Tasty!!

CnC cheesecake with blueberry topping = winning

That does sound amazing. I have to give my cheese cake recipe a shot with CnC. What would you use for the blueberry topping?

Easy way is blueberry jam

Calorie free way is Waldens blueberry syrup

Or authentic old real blueberries, pureed, add cornstarch until a jelly consistency, sweeten if you want

2 cups fresh or frozen (not thawed) blueberries
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest
2 tablespoons lemon juice
PREPARATION

Stir all ingredients in a medium saucepan until boiling. Reduce heat to maintain a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 15 minutes.

Fine, if d2l is gonna be serious, so will I.

Goes good on pancakes, waffles, french toast, cake (inside & on top), ice cream etc. Pick your carbs!

I take a spoon full of Greek yogurt, a slash of liquids egg whites and a scoop of snickerdoodle select..whip it up into a frosting like consistency. I top pancakes with it, it tastes like a cinnamon bun

Such an ass!

If you're really cool, use BB AminoIV whipped topping :) blue colouring for effect.

Cookies and cream ice cream? Sounds heavenly. It is my favorite flavor for sure.

Cusine Art Ice Cream makers makes the best.

I still get a lot of problems with sticking to the sides, half the ingredients harden to the bowl during mixing. Tried coating with milk, I add while running.

I must do something wrong but its fine I'm enjoying making it without the ice cream maker.

I always mix everything in a shaker, coat the sides of the frozen bowl with almond milk, then pour in the contents of the shaker. My only issue is I have to then wait a good 18 hours to do it all over again lol

Coat the outsides with milk before using = Problem solved.

Yeah at first I thought it was good but not enough like cookies and cream. After playing around with the amount of liquid I used it really shined.

I have three tubs of chocolate to polish off then I am going to have to try snickerdoodle. Seems everyone loves it

Let's call this the bulking recipe lol.

Alright I was looking to put this review in the product review sections on nutraplanet, but it's not there..

Anyway, here is my long overdue review. The flavor I am reviewing is Snickerdoodle.

After reviewing the writeup and profile, It appears to be a top-shelf protein. Leucine peptides? I don't think I need to say anything more.
Upon opening the tub, the smell is reminiscent of cinnamon and snickerdoodle cookies.
I mixed two scoops snickerdoodle (is this overkill with the peptides?) with about 15-18oz water. I let it sit during my first 5-10 minutes of my car ride home from the gym as I like to drink more water at this time.
By that time, it is mixed very well. There is no clumping at all, as well as nothing left along the sides of my shaker.
It mixes to a very smooth, creamy consistency.
It tastes like snickerdoodle cookies, or at least the batter. PES nailed it here. I love this flavor, it is easily my favorite..
The only thing close to this flavor is one scoop SD and one scoop CnC.

It is very smooth and leaves my stomach feeling great.

I'd give this protein a 5/5
Easily my new favorite.
