I just bought me some of this...and am REALLY excited to take it! Snickerdoodle...for REAL??

Got some of that too! I had to cut myself off at $250 because I had my cart at twice that! Definitely running Enhanced, EP, Alphamine for an 8 week cut cycle starting Feb. So freakin' stoked!

PES Select Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Recipe

Dry:
50g PES SnickerDoodle Select
1 Cup Splenda (Used 50g)
60g Pancake Mix/Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Cup Oatmeal (I used 80g SnickerDoodle from My Oatmeal.com)
30g Reese Chocolate Chips
4g SF/FF Pudding Mix

Wet:
50g Greek Yogurt
50g Plain Yogurt
1 Egg
1 White
Tsp Vanilla Extract


Directions

Pre-Heat Oven to 350 Degrees

Combine Whey + Splenda in a bowl and mix with it Greek Yogurt, Vanilla Extract, and Plain Yogurt to make a thick paste using a hand mixer.
Add 1 Egg and 1 Egg White to the paste formed with the Whey + Splenda + Yogurt + Vanilla Extract.

In a Second bowl combine Pancake Mix, SF/FF pudding Mix and baking powder, this will be added into the original bowl with the whey, yogurt, and Splenda made into a paste plus the eggs. (Can use a spoon to mix here)

In a Third Bowl combine Oatmeal + Chocolate Chips. This will be added last into the main bowl and mixed together (again using a spoon)

Take a large spoon and use to form rounded tablespoons and drop them on a cookie sheet, which will be baked for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees. Eye these; they may cook a bit quicker, so check at 10 minutes to see if they are done.

Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes prior to eating.

Nice! But those are begging to have some snickerdoodle ice cream made to then be sandwiched between 2 cookies...nowutimsayin? :)
 
I can't come in this thread anymore while at work. I sit here and start to starve from all the pics Chef Bob and the others post.
 
I've been sandwiching CnC ice cream into pretty much everything lol. Choc brownies, cookies, muffins.

I don't make much using protein powder, due to portion control and trying not to go thru my protein supply, but I believe I will make up some Select CnC and snickerdoodle ice cream just so I can say I tried it out...

My family has a cottage in Chautauqua that we go up to almost every weekend in the summer... Might have to make a stop on the way up sometime and take you up on a lift and lunch

I can't stop using my CNC! Although I usually have snicker doodle daily with oats and peanut butter.
 
Was broke when the Insider deal dropped but was able to grab some in the new years sale. Can't wait till it shows up to try some snicker doodle and c&c!

Except for the 'under the pillow' part, I already do that with my wifey. She would probably throw my bottles of protein at my head if I took them to bed with me!

Thinner than the Oxy Elite Protein, maybe about the same consistency of Trutein (although I can't remember very accurately how thick trutein mixed).

Sludge with Select is pretty damn good, Great as icing or spread over something.

CnC comes out really sweet so I use it as a topping on something else or mix it in with greek yogurt, but if sweet is your thing then CnC sludge will amaze you.

Pretty big fan of using the chocolate sludge and making it lava.
Super simple and a must try for a chocolate enthusiast.
1 scoop choc Select + 1 tbsp cocoa + 1/4 cup water

Makes a thick sludge, add peanut butter if wanted. Microwave it for 25-30 seconds. Enough will puff up to be kind if a chocolate bowl around all of the remaining warm chocolate lava.
