Two scoops Select, two scoops vanilla Haagen-Dazs ice cream, splash of whole milk, blend and enjoy

This will be my first concoction. Chocolate, cookies and cream, and snickerdoodle milkshakes for my winter bulk.

I finished crafting my faux Thanksgiving "bird" a few short moments ago.

I found shaping the protein while only slightly moistened helped enhance the artistic creativity.

Having never hydrated protein powder using Crisco before, I found the binding properties, malleability and set up time exceeded my expectations. And, it its tasty, too!

I took a few artistic liberties. Because this is, of course, a hen, I tried to (proportionally) replicate breasts to emulate an appx 36DD. I opted not to include additional areola pigment, did not attempt any sort of Montgomery glands, and removed the initially-positioned almond "nipples", thinking this was headed in an unsafe direction.

To allow for differentiation between light and dark meat I used a strategic combination of vanilla and chocolate, and glazed the entire bird with a coating of walnut oil, to give it that extra something we all seek when clamoring around the table with family and friends.

This, and the "Wet-Willie Casserole" (and colloquial favorite in this part of the country, comprised of Mexi-corn, Lime Jello and Vienna Sausage) are certain to ensure everyone will have the festive holiday meal of their dreams.

OK, send me the darned protein.

Oh snap this is big been waiting on a new protein to arrive and from a damn good company. I want to win easy lol cause I love me some protein and love me some pes!! I'm currently using Enhanced and Alphamine I just got few days ago. I've used Erase in the past several times!!

1. Even though im not sold on the 2lbs I would like to give it a try. Been thinking and all. Believe it or not before the news of my baby boy I was working on saving money. Cut my supplement budget,stopped buying pretty things ect. My plan within the next 5 years is to buy a duplex or 2 and when those are payed off buy more in austin so my family will be taken care of and I can retire early. Ive been using your products for 2 years and any bit of money saved would help out. This is where you guys can come in.

2.og t2,erase,erase pro*best bulk ive had* anabeta*best natural cut ive had* alphamine*compairable to ec stack if you read my review* enhanced. Yet to try abe *on the way though* and the new t2.

Side note:also have tried forskolin 95. I believe pes and as are owned by the same people.

I have some recall for comprised of Mexi-corn, Lime Jello, Vienna Sausage, Black Forest ham all covered in gravy

I'm ready to make some cookies, all 3 flavours should work great for a mix batch.

Thanks to the Solution for the recipe, tried it out with Cellucor PB marshmallow today for a trial run
