Haha...thanks Ben. I already the order at home. Just working away from and return tomorrow evening so will start Friday actually.
 
Any word on the international version of norcodrene being available in nz / au? Shipping price is heinous from the UK.

Just had 2 tubs of alphamine arrive -- fruit punch which is pretty decent, and also raspberry lemonade which Im keen to try.

yes she had a minor stroke (tia I think it was called) and they told her no stimulants. She can have very small amounts like in half caf coffee but only every once in awhile.

This is a no go unfortunately due to Australia's 'unique' laws on capsules.

While this is true, when ordered retail online customs never seize cap bottles of products unless they have banned ingredients. Moral of the story is order the EU version online and you will be fine;)

hmm that will be around $100nzd including shipping just for one bottle. Not sure I can afford that :/ How is the mood enhancing on this product? I'm always looking for something that might compare to detonate (RIP) which for some obvieth reasons will not be so easy - but keen to try the next best thing.

Good mood effects but like you said, nothing close to craze/ detonate for obvious reasons.

Energy was solid, hit some PR's on legs today
i was sweating so much i walked outside into -10 degree weather and was still warm
Car fogged up in seconds.
 
You know, reading these posts makes me wonder....how do people cut without fat burners? Within the 3rd/4th day I feel like absolute garbage and have no energy. Hmmm.

Probably because you drop calories too low too fat
increase cardio too fast

Usually the #1/#2 reasons.
Cutting = Patience/slow
faster is not better

I wanted to try it out. When the hard times come towards the end of a cut I want to make sure what I'm using works. The end isn't a good time to experiment IMO
 
If you add too many variables out of the gate then you have nothing left to add or modify in the end.(burners, Forskolin, Yohimbine for example) . Most people add them last because once diet drops so much, and cardio starts to rise so much these additions will have the most benefits when the individual is in a lean state or is hitting roadblocks. Many individuals who diet right away will lose alot of water weight and wont notice the true benefits of a product right away (since most of them are caffeine based). But with that said. If you have right dosages and ingredients in place (with PES that is always going to be the case). Supplements are just that, there to make a very minor difference when diet and training are in check.
 
I tend to agree with this in most circumstances.

Clients want to lose fat so ask for fat burners before they even establish their caloric requirements.

I stipulate they have to establish initial consistent weight loss before adding anything in.

Of course, I don't do this and I add Norcodrene in straight away. :D
 
On norcodrene again, so far has been amazing i now remember how i got so lean when i first used it. i feel so happy, i don't know why and it's as if it's programmed my brain to not give a chit about food, even on low days. and this is while im on ABE also. really excited to see how these first 4 weeks go

I love drinking Alphamine but Norcodrene was so much better at making me feel less inclined to eat I had to swap over to it.

I still prefer Alphamine as a pre workout though.

yea this is for the morning dose, i have noticed im able to space my meals much easier to instead of waking up super hungry and eating more than usual, or eating to soon after first meal of the day leaving not much room for later. and this is just 2 caps not the full 3. same as how i dosed it before when i ran it lol can't give up my Alphamine or preworkout stims :D might do 2 with HV and 1 in the morning sometime and see how it goes

agreed but I have a handle on my diet at this point as well as haven't added cardio so the only real variable is norco so it's a valid test. Plus, the cut not is more just a maintenance and not the final summer cut so it's a trial period for me.

I agree with this take. I advise limiting IF the client doesnt have a handle on weightloss but if they do, adding it in is just an added bonus IMO.

I like adding it in because I like the feeling of it lol

Energy was smooth entire time of workout and an hour past

I like to leave all variables possible for the final wall locks or stalls in a diet when you have more flexibility it leaves a lot of room for change and many ways to break plateaus

Leaving a few tricks up your sleeve to
Hit the last few pounds of fat is always a good "reserve" to have

Anyway can't wait for day 2 tomorrow
 
I'm just finishing off a 4 week run of alphamine because I missed the taste. But after a week off stims and diet Im starting norco. Alphamine is great but norco for fat loss is exceptional. When I last used it I got lean like I was in my teens!

If I had to pick just one for my cut I would go for Norcodrene.

I do find that I still like drinking Alphamine on occasion though. I just can't stay away from it for too long lol.

Agreed, same here.

I start my cuts by throwing in fat burners when I plan to cut and sometimes before even dropping calories. Come at me bros. ;) :)

Yeah, but you're already shredded before you start. :D

I started Norco right away for my current cut, but had only planned on dieting for a short amount of time. It has me tightening up at a solid pace and 4-5 weeks should get me where I'd like. :thumbsup:
 
Could I please be a pain and have someone list the Norcodrene ingredients please.......as I live in Australia I just want to see what I'm being sent.
