PES Norcodrene ??

i could only imagine alphamine and norco together.
 
I did 1 cap and 1 scoop and it was amazing. That's how I'm going to run the next 4 weeks. I may throw the new EPro in as well.

I've done that a couple times and so like the feel.

Lol. And thats why i hate those rating systems. My room mate was just on BB.com ordering yesterday (he wont listen to me about NP...ive failed him) and he looked at some subpar formulated preworkout and i told him it looked terrible and he goes "i mean its rated 8.7 out of 10 bro". I said "You do realize the people from the company that produces that product can rate it just as much as the next guy right?" And in this case, I tend to think the PES haters are just out playing their games again (sad but true).

anyway, took 3 caps last night pre workout, and then 10mg of yohimbine mid workout. Was stimmed out less then my usual ~400mg caffeine + 10-15mg yohimbine pre workout I been doing. Nothing really doing in the focus/mental department, moderate in the energy department, but I had a very very good workout though, pumped out the gills. That is why I bought this, to increase workout performance and try for a recomp, so energy/focus isn't my main concern, but rather the improved workouts + recomp benefits which I won't "feel". Will try to make magic strike twice today.
 
Yeah, you can't always go by reviews, especially on BB.com. Here's a dead give-away clue that people are pumping the product.

When you see multiple reviews on the same day, some before and some a day after, then they're bogus. Sometimes you will see like 5-6 reviews on one day and another 5-6 the next. There are not that many people who would write up reviews on the same product on the same day! That crap makes me mad and actually deters me away from the product.

Cool, that's pretty good then. I'll be trying this product soon. I have some pre-workouts to go through first before they expire, then I'm gonna cut all stims and just try Norcodrene.

I had a long stim break. Now I will be on Norcodrene for 8 weeks along with Alphamine. I will be overlapping the 2, but total run will be like 16 weeks. Who needs stim break lol.

I'm thinking:
Finish up last 2 weeks of the first 4 weeks Norcodrene
Weeks 4-8 Norcodrene/Alphamine (1cap/1scoop something along that line), F95
Weeks 9-16 Alphamine/New ABE/New EPro/F95
AminoIV/Select
keeping calories around 1900-2500

I also have DCP 2.0, Metabolic Powder, and some other things to fit in.

This will all lead into my first ever trip to Disney World.

Yeah the calories are the part I always struggle with. I figured I would go kinda low, drop some weight to help with mental aspect.

Then bump cals up some when I add ABE, EPro, and dcp 2.0

Keeping lower also helps my addictive eating in check some.
 
I'm on day 5 or 6 of stacking Norcodrene, A-T2, and Triazole. My energy level, strength, and fullness is pretty damn good given my moderate calorie deficit and rigorous work schedule. I've not tried Norcodrene or Triazole before so I'm not certain which of the compounds (all?) are working for me, but I really like what I'm seeing so far.

If I take too much alphamine it gives me energy but a jittery kind.

Norcodrene on the other hand feels good, almost like a mild adderall.

Fat loss isn't as pronounced on norco as it is with alphamine. At least in my experience

Nice rundown. How about appetite suppression? Everyone says Norco is good at that.
 
I say they are both pretty equal for me on appetite suppression.

One thing to note is sometimes Norcodrene gives me a very very strong thermo feel, and on a very empty stomach I have to eat a yogurt or protein bar so I don't feel like I'm going to be sick.

Thanks for adding that. I thought I might be an outlier or something. Norcodrene makes me hungry. Although, to be fair, it's difficult for me to ascribe the hunger specifically to Norcodrene when I'm stacking it with two other compounds. My energy level has been great, even in a calorie deficit. For me, this is the most profound effect so far, but I'm only several days in on the run.
 
It's funny how compounds have different effects on people. I think for me the stims help keep my mind off food. I eat out of boredom.
 
Norco on an empty stomach also made me feel a little queezy. Even after food, I can still feel a distinct nervousness in my gut.

Yeah man. Made that mistake again
This time round. I thought I won't do anything too intense training wise and a lot of my defecit would come from daily walks and some. food restriction. My calories were around the 2000 mark with daily 1hours CV and weights. After 8 weeks I developed chronic stress, which has taken me a while to recover from by increasing calories and lowering output. Take it nice and slow. I think even 200 to 300 defecit is enough.
 
I'm only few weeks in, and just started 3 caps a day. I'm down 6lbs. My results will be different since I'm so overweight.

I believe I remember a while back talking about getting you to drop weight with aav2

How much have you gotten down since you started your journey

I remember when Alphamine was released. It had 5 1 star ratings before it was even released to the public. I wasn't even with PES at the time and it still blew my mind how pathetic some companies are

I haven't grabbed any yet, I was thinking with new abe, epro, alphamine, f95, dcp2.0 stack I'm going to run that maybe recompadrol would be nice addition, or maybe that's just way too much stuff all at once lol.


I have never done a true IF diet, but I do try to wait as long as possible in morning before breaking fast. This week I have done 2 caps Norcodrene around 730am, sip aminoIV around 9am, then by 11 I usually have Greek yogurt or almonds if I start feeling sick.

I was 317lbs Monday, 310 today. I know some articles I read say for my weight I can cut at like 3k cals, just seems so high. I will be in downtown Chicago today, I'm sure calories will hit over 5k if not careful.

I'm open to any advice, maybe I'll start a going to Disney log, so I don't clutter this one.

I wouldn't even worry about cardio at this point either. Start adding it later do we can attack from all angles. I've had guys your weight eating that much food in 3 meals which IMO I'd better when higher body fat

There's a lot that goes into how weight loss works.

Slowly add 100 cals a week until weight loss hits .5-1lb a week.

By the way, the recipe you submitted (which I made a vine of) is amazing. I filled it with blueberries and it was delicious. Adding PB2 as a filler was also a nice change of pace with the squidgy texture lol. :)

Ya I saw the vine. Great stuff. I'm glad everyone had been liking it as it's about as simple a recipe as you'll find
 
Same here :) Waiting for new alpha mine. Too bad my computer bombed, may not have a CPU for a week until it gets sent to apple and fixed.
