Yeah that could potentially cause an issue if stacked with Alphamine but I hadn't started using e9 when I was having the issue.

Does Alphamine solo mess with your stomach?
Would dosing phosphatidylserine with the choline from 2 scoops of alphamine potentially cause the issue? I may be wrong here but aren't they constituents of the same compound?
It could indeed but it shouldn't be so bad. What are you taking daily?
At the time I was having the issue, I was using Olympus Labs Vitality about 60 mins pre workout and then 2 scoops Alphamine with 2 scoops High Volume 30 minutes pre. Once E9 was released, I discontinued use of Vitality and used E9. That's when the issue stopped. I know E9 also uses choline as well but I stopped alphamine at that same time. I don't remember having the issue when taking Vitality by itself on non workout days when I didn't use alphamine or high volume. I just thought of this a couple days ago.

I'm currently taking my E9 about 60 minutes pre workout and my HV 30 minutes ore workout.
I do this but with the order reversed

Agreed, HV shines best taken at least an hour before you want it to be doing its job. Label instructions are questionable on that front.
I just picked up a tub of the High Volume Friday and now I am nervous to use it after reading about all these stomach issues. I am currently using Hemvo2 but wanted to give this a shot and compare the two since I like non stim pre workouts these days (plus who knows if Hemavo2 is getting discontinued with what they are dealing with)
I hope I am fine, I do have a sensitive stomach but non stim stuff is usually fine, I will be running out of the Hemavo2 probably by the end of the week then ill give this a shot.

The amount of stomach issues have been minimal I would not stress it
Honestly, after my experience with it, I really don't think it was the HV, but a combo of other things I was using. After stopping those things, I have had zero issues.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think there is research behind nitrates with their benefits being noticed around 2 hours after ingestion.
What research in particular? 2 hours would probably be too long for most of the other ingredients for maximum benefit. One hour does the trick quite nicely for me.
I saw a study at one point on nitrates which discussed timing prior to athletic activity. I can't remember who it was by anymore. I'll check my bookmarks to see if I saved it on my computer.

So...is the consensus now to drink HV an hour before swole time? If so, I'll likely just drink E9 + HV together ab 60 min out. Then add any type of caffeine pre OTW to the gym.
I usually make mine up right before leaving for gym. Takes about 20 mins for me to get there so by my working sets I'm about 30 mins after dosing. Works great for me.lol at "swole time".I just drink mine 30 minutes before. I have experimented with slightly different dosing and seem to get insane vascularity regardless of 30,45 or 60 minutes.

So I tried my HV at 60 minutes pre workout today and I think I did see an improvement on already amazing vascularity and pumps. That being said, I may have just been a little more hydrated than usual as well. I'm going to keep at it with this timing to see if I continue to see the same. On a related note: 2 scoops HV + 1 scoop E9 + 2 caps AmentoMax = Hulk Juice. Seriously, I feel unstoppable on this stack. I can only imagine what adding Anabeta Elite and ArA to this would be like.....![]()

I like to leave a couple of weeks following a cut for my diet to normalise before I add ABE.
It is hard to make the psychological switch from cutting and resisting extreme appetite cravings to bulking with ABE. After a couple of weeks at maintenance for my appetite to normalise slightly I am good to go.
High Volume I kept the whole way through. The pump I got in the gym was enough for me to still look full, even when I was 6kg lighter.![]()

With how shredded you are I'm sure adding in a product like high volume is unreal. Your veins probably have veins.High Volume pre workout made me look full and vascular even when I was 6kg down and people were telling me I looked gaunt lol.
