So, started High Volume this week and so far it's been great. Had a nice fat leg pump from squats the other day. I'm the weird one that loves inflated legs on squat day.

Bench day followed that. Did some some pullaparts and few banded rows to get the back activated for benching. By the time I had gotten to pressing, I had a nice solid pump off it and the rest of the session felt great and it lingered for a good bit.
Tasted great too. Not too sweet or tart and was easy drinkin'
