This is my outline for tomorrows pain

Chest and back

Starting off with warming up with HS Pullovers and will work into a rest pause set (possibly 3-4 rest pauses) till failure
HS Flat Chest Press and work up to 4 plates or so and then dropset down to 1 till failure
Close Grip Lat Pulldown's for 3 sets working up to a RPE of 9 , then a set of 21's with 7 half reps, 7 reps from the eccentric to half way up, then 7 full reps to finish it off
incline Barbell Bench doing 6x6 with 30 second rests between each set RPE of 8
Rack Deadlifts SS with Pull-Ups 3x 8-10
HS Chest Fly SS with DB Twist Press (tilt pinkys inward as you press up like in the John Meadows video) 3 x 8-10 for both

see how this treats me.
 
Tried some more HV tonight and the chest pump was insane. Product is DEF getting better the more I use it. Please arrive at BB.com already :(

High Volume is one of those products that not only offers acute benefits, but chronic as well. It truly shines with regular use.
 
carmaf, 2 scoops of High Volume and I still feel pumped 24hrs later. I've been stacking it with norcodrene and loving it! Trying it with alphamine today. One scoop of alphamine 2 of High Volume.
 
OOOOO WEE! I shall try that when my Alphamine arrives this week.

You'll like norco better alphamine didn't have as good of an effect for me.

Alphamine will hit you harder/quicker and give more of a stim feeling then Norcodrene.

I really love Alphamine when I am looking for muscle retention/hardness and/or want a quick burst of energy and Norcodrene for overall weight loss.

I got a bottle of norcodrene and its ok.
One is smooth and as you said not much of a stim feeling but 2x makes me jittery. Destroys my appetite. Just can't take stims every day so only use it sparingly when required :)

Norco as most of the reps will tell you state appetite suppression is much more noticeable

The Norcodrene + HV combo is gaining popularity. Good dose of Amentoflavone in that combo!

It is often a very slow process to get new items into the store. It is always worth nagging customer service lol.

I stopped taking pre workouts lmao

I just do bcaa and carbs Intra along with some herbal stuff cista and amento and x factor

Fat burners in the morning norco included :)

I like the pump stuff but honestly I live in a place flooded with supplements I've been trying to go through and sell lol
 
I said earlier in the thread that HV did nothing for me. However I'm noticing now, after some tips from some helpful ppl, and using it for some time now, this product is amazing. I'm lucky enough that 1.5 scoops MAX works for me(so I save a lot of powder :P), but I can truly say now this product is the real deal. You've done it again PES. It literally gets better and better each time I use it.

High Volume is one of those products that truly shines with continuous use :)

The product works great with stim based pre-workouts. Although I'm not familiar with the ingredient panel so I can't say for sure if the products ingredients over lap. :/

As cubs says you should have no issue combining the two from what I've seen.
 
I gave my friend 1 scoop then 2 scoops of HV to try. He didn't notice anything extra from it. But to be fair, he said most pump products do nothing for him. The only one that he notices a difference would be GPLC.

So I wasted 3 scoops on him.

My two tubs of blue frost i ordered on Black Friday came today :) no custom fees either! huge fan of the original verison. Can't wait to try this out, smells awesome!

Blue Frost is my favorite flavor. Awesome blueberry taste, but more importantly, terrific effects!

I'm still stuck on what flavor I enjoy most. I have been using BF with CL Alphamine a lot lately and really enjoying it though.

I'm in the same boat. 4 caps will add much more Agmatine, so I wouldn't want a full dose of HV with it.

aye it can take awhile to get across the pond! normally 7-14 days. If customs stop the package it can be 3/4 weeks

Predator still act as our distributor in the UK so all retailers go through them.

Our issue in some instances is doing small orders to assess market demand (Select) prior to ordering in larger quantities. It means waiting for a second shipment, sometimes many months later before ordering a decent quantity.

I get so many people asking me why High Volume and Select aren't in/keep getting sold out.

It is important that customers put in requests with them (rather than us) so they realise how many people want them. It would certainly help prevent additional shipments and lengthy delays.

Sums the demand up nicely. Very good points here Benji! So people need to continue to request until the point is through! ;)
