got blue frost,tastes good,mixes easily.used it twice so far.2 scoops each time.amazing results.haven't been pumped up like this in a long time.my shirt felt tighter!I'm 59 and felt like a kid on HV.My next purchase will be AminoIV and Select Protein.

I've noticed a little drop off not using amino iv intra, I ran out last week and I did legs yesterday I can't even bend down. Before I was good the next day.

Recovery is very noticeable when using Amino IV versus not.

I honestly won't train without it. My workouts are pretty crazy though. :o

The one day I broke my shaker and had my Amino IV mixed already and I just got to the gym, I was not happy.
 
doing 2.5g of ArA + LCLT + 2 scoops HV + 2 ABE, pumps are down right insane. was thinking of doing a scoop of Vaskular lol but i don't like to much gms the whole workout would be a cosmetic effect haha

Have you ran ArA before at a different dose?
 
I have been using 2 scoops of high volume and have been having great workouts. Since I am currently eating few carbs, today I decided to have 2 scoops of gold feast 1 hour prior to working out. OMG. I was doing chest and tri's today and it felt like my triceps we're going to burst out of my skin. Good job PES.

Appreciate the kind words! Those pre-workout carbs certainly augmented the High Volume induced pumps.
 
yep, 1.5g, 2g plenty of times before. 1.5g is fine, i just decided to give 2,5g a go for a few weeks going back down to 2 i think thats plenty anyway

Whoa. Nice stack there buddy lol. Crazy pumps I'm doing 2g of Ara. My last run was 1.5 and it was good. Want to see what 2g does.

Holy crap. Just realized u said 2.5 lol how is that going? First run on Ara? If not wat was your last dosage run? No need for more gms. Lol
 
HV is becoming a staple for me, especially with the retail price point being great compared to some other 'pump' products.

A very economical way to get legally licensed nitrates, in a product that isn't otherwise flawed, or doesn't necessarily clash with other things I'm taking.
 
I'm a 2 scoops guy on the daily :).

Sometimes 1 scoop High Volume + 1 scoop Enhanced when I want some stims.
 
Used HV for the first time last night and I frigggin LOVE it.

I actually got more power, energy (weirdly enough, muscle connection) than a stim-pre and the pumps were painful and enjoyable.

I am from Australia so I am going to load up and actually take a massive stim break. Well done PES

i might have had the best chest triceps fst-7 training in months today. i use intra-md which has hbcd and eaas, bcaas in it oh my god . i worked out at 1pm today it is now 9:20pm and my whole upper body is pumped still its insane, i was going to do the creepy gym pic selfie but everyone was looking at me crazy in the gym.

I have had a love/hate relationship with stims over the years because of anxiety issues. I'm sure I will bring them back in at some point, but for now High Volume doesn't have me missing them at all.

Never done 2 scoops HV, prob will not, would blow me out of the water and I am not a pump chaser.

Good workout, i noticed after popping the amento and then slowly sipping on the HV i started to feel my mind get a good mental clarity for lifting upon waking and going non-stim (Like i usually do)

This was also my first workout in a week, so i was pretty damn motivated to get into the gym despite recent injuries. So i did not push 100%, but there was a slight elevation in mood (may have just been adrenaline not 100%) but overall good workout, no crazy pumps, but overall felt good to get some blood flowing.

This is awesome.

I have a policy of always using the least stimulants possible to get the job done. It is too common to see people relying on 400mg caffeine just to train arms lol.

I am tapering mine down since my photo shoot with the intention of just using High Volume and saving my stimulants for days I am particularly tired.
 
I'm typically a stim head, esp working out first thing in the morning, but have only been adding in 200mg caff +36mg ephedrine with the two scoops HV and it has been great in the energy/stim dept...whereas normally I'd be doubling that amt of stims...
 
I've been 100% stim free since High Volume was released, which is the longest I've gone without them in many years. That said, I'm pretty excited to try the thermo pump stacks when I start dieting in about a month. :)

Feels good don't it? i personally find the longer i am non-stim the less cranky or moody i get. Stims seems to wear/tire me out over time.

Completely agree. I don't rely on stims to workout anymore. Cup of coffee here and there at work is about it. I hated feeling like I was depended on stims to have a good workout. Now it's HV with a small preworkout snack and hydrated.
 
I still like 400mg of caffeine + amento, but only have caffeine pre-workout, no coffee or anything anymore.

Excited to try HV tonight.

I totally agree with this too... I love my stims, dont get me wrong, but the body defniintely becomes dependent on them. And not just pre workout but throughout the day. I find that after a long time using them I can barely get out of bed or stay awake at my desk without wishing I had something to keep me awake. They really wear on you.

That said, I do enjoy an excessively energized, bouncing off the walls, borderline shaking stim dose once in awhile to just absolutely destroy some weights.
 
I personally try to limit my stim in take from supplements (which makes high volume that much better to me) because I already take a large amount daily.

I am so stoked that I have found a pre-workout without stims that gives me focus/energy without the hit of caffiene/stims. I hate being reliant on stims for workouts (I say I'm not but I can't remember a workout without a stim pre). Plus no chance of crash and I felt better during the workout too (no rush, blood pressure etc)

Going to be trying the amento very soon! I think it's a golden year for novel supplements that just work :)

I'm lucky enough that 1 seems to be just fine for me so far. Seriously though, every muscle in my body is more voluminous for an entire day. Has anyone else experienced this long term effect?

All rep ranges. i do not slave myself to one. Utizling all rep ranges is key for Type I and Type II Muscle fiber engagement and i also do multiple intensity techniques as well. I run a mix of a power/hypertrophy split but i vary how it is set up over 4 week blocks (mesocycles)

You will see me jump from reps of 3's-4's in a workout and up to 25's sometimes, just depends on the bodypart and what i am doing
Today was a mix of low and hypertrophy for legs,. I did a triple dropset on a hammer strength V-Squat that almost had me puking

then i did a 10-10-2-20 on the leg extension to finish off my quads
10 reps with a RPE of 8
10 reps with RPE 10 to failure
2 reps with RPE 10
then 20 reps with the beginning weight

yeah. Hurl mode.

I now run 1 scoop HV and 2 caps amento.

Reps would this be ok or too much amento?
 
If doing 1 scoop of High Volume, 1 cap of AmentoMax can be added. Some are noticing greater benefits with a higher amount of amentoflavone, so I can see some dosing 2 caps alongside 1 scoop High Volume, but definitely not needed.
