From what I've read, generally the dosage of .2mg per kilogram of body weight is efficacious. I've heard anecdotes of people only being able to only tolerate 2.5mg, so I did build up slowly to the serving I use and I haven't had any adverse side effects other than piercing headache when doing high intensity exercises such as squats, so I usually use yohimbine for cardio fasted. I've heard of splitting the doses, but keeping in one makes it easier to use while avoiding insulin.
I'm 21, I know that's on the young side for using an anti-aromatase but I feel like my estrogen levels may be a bit high since I carry a bit of weight in my chest and legs. I figured using Erase for a cycle would be enough to see if I lose weight there, but still mild enough that I don't mess up my hormones permanently.
