Man that sucks! I have a long order history with them so idk if that has anything to do with it.

Been ordering for a few years, at least a few times per year. (not to mention others ive turned onto it and combine orders with them if only need an item or so.) In times past, have received them several times, just not last in last few orders

Yea I've gotten nothing the last few times, hoping my package due in tomorrow has a lil extra stuff.
 
Samples most depend on when you order. If you're ordering during a big sale, the stock of samples at NP depletes very quickly. If you order out of the blue, there's usually samples kicking around and they will be thrown in with your order if you request them, often even if you don't mention it :)
 
The best way is to say something like "Hey Darren, can you hook me up with a bunch of samples?". That should help. :)
