PES Enhanced profile

Since the release we've gone through two tubs a month. No joke I'm finally ready to give it a break because now its just habit. But with it being around I know I can't go long. How about a frequent buyer rewards system?

I started my addiction in October when I got back on the horse. I was going to try and take a break myself but I don't think so. LOL

PES Enhanced.... Possibly the new addiction! I guess it comes with a sheet of foil and a lighter.

I took a break from Alphamine. I went three days then gave into temptation and had a serving lol.

Nice, I've gone a few weeks now. Its actually been nice. As long as I keep the enhanced in my truck locked up away from my wife, I can't have her using both!

Plus it is almost impossible to quit Alphamine haha

This is true lol

Are you guys being serious or do you just love it that much?
I've tried one sample, but I have a tub waiting for me once I begin cutting for summer.
It'll be my first tub used though!
Cannot wait

Dead serious. Lol. It works and its addictive taste wise. I suggest investing in another tub

You see I would've taken one now but I don't have my tub here at work. From now on ill have one here just to take when I feel like it

Good idea. I used to bring a few scoops to work in the little key chain funnel that comes with the USP 3-in-1 shaker.

Shoulda called them teasers instead of samples

That would definitely have been more accurate. I still have my lil teaser baggies in hopes that magically more Enhanced would fill them. ;)

Excited to get this at my door step. Samples weren't enough only made me want to feed the monster more. Workouts aren't the same now.

I had warehouse delay your shipping so my Enhanced would arrive here in Canada at the same time as yours. Sorry (=

You are his boss, right? That Doctor's office must get awfully busy...

For anyone thats interested(like me) here is a good write-up on swertia and its xanthones describing some very brief pharmacological activities, citing very old papers from the 70s and 80s. Turns out this stuff is not very popular outside east Asia.

scialert(dot)net/fulltext/?doi=crc.2011.1.15&org=12

I dont have 150 posts so i cannot post references.

Some highlights:

For sweroside and gentiopicroside hepatoprotective activities have been reported and both compounds are being used as antihepatitis drugs.
Xanthones (especially mangiferin) are reported to give CNS stimulation . They should also have anti-inflammatory activity.
Mangiferin was the first xanthone to be investigated pharmacologically and has been found to exhibit a broad spectrum of biological activities. It shows monoamine oxidase inhibition, cardiotonic, convulsant and choleretic activities.

Possibly insulin-mimetic or beta adrenergic
1,8-Dihydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyxanthone (swerchirin), isolated from the hexane fraction of Swertia chirayita, has a very significant blood sugar lowering effect in fasted, fed, glucose loaded and tolbutamide pre-treated albino rats.

Some xanthones are inhibitory.
Xanthones of S. chirayita are reported to produce CNS depression.

And ofc:
The extract of most of Swertia species showed mutagenic activities.

I actually read this paper, it was an old japanese study from the 80s testing the mutagenic potential of Swertia xanthones using Ames test. Long story short all xanthones showed mutagenic potential on rat? liver cells. Not to be alarmed though, quercetin is one of the most potent mutagens using the same test. Results have not been replicated in vivo. Besides, several xanthones and quercetin aswell have shown anti-carcinogenic potential.

Summary:
The genus Swertia exhibit variety of biological activity such as hepatoprotective, antihepatotoxic, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, anticarcinogenic, antileprosy, hypoglycemic, antimalarial, antioxidant, anticholinergic, CNS depressant and mutagenicity.
