Hammer Curls - 4 x 10 (up 5 lbs on 2 sets)
**EZ Bar Curls - 7 x 12
Close-grip Bench Press - 4 x 10 (up 10 lbs)
Tricep Pushdowns - 4 x 12
**Overhead Dumbbell Extensions - 7 x 15 (up 2.5 lbs)
Standing Calf Raises 4 x 15 (2 sets toes in, 2 sets toes out)

Overall Feeling: Woke up feeling unmotivated but once I got going I was fine..
Aggression: 5
Energy: 8 good energy throughout weights workout
Libido: 6
Endurance: 9 able to push hard till the end
Strength: 8 up in a couple of moves, still surprising how this is progressing.
Pump: 9 arms were really pumped
Vascularity: 8.. nice veins all over arms, biceps
Recovery: 9 .. day off yesterday helped .. feel good even my knee is feeling good.. although I'm sure by Wednesday it will be sore
Sleep Quality: 10
Appetite: 8
Pre-workout: Craze (1 scoop)
Taste: 10/10 - Grape
Mixability: 10/10 completely mixed
PUMP: 7/10 - I had a great pump but it wasn't much different then what i have seen on this stack..
Workout Energy: 8/10 - This was interesting.. I found this to be really clean energy, not 'stim-like' if you know what I mean.
Crash: None to report
Recommend: Not as noticeable an effect as Flashover, Maximize Intense, Superpump250, or Jack3d but I did like the clean energy.. I will try two scoops on another workout and comment. I would recommend yes, for a change to the daily pre-workout.
I prefer Maximize, Flashover and Jack3d as well over Craze right now, i didn't mind the 1 scoop of Flashover and 1 scoop of Craze combo, I'm trying it again now.
