Overall Feeling: Woke up feeling unmotivated but once I got going I was fine..
Aggression: 5
Energy: 8 good energy throughout weights workout

Endurance: 9 able to push hard till the end
Strength: 8 up in a couple of moves, still surprising how this is progressing.
Pump: 9 arms were really pumped
Vascularity: 8.. nice veins all over arms, biceps
Recovery: 9 .. day off yesterday helped .. feel good even my knee is feeling good.. although I'm sure by Wednesday it will be sore
Sleep Quality: 10
Appetite: 8


Pre-workout: Craze (1 scoop)
Taste: 10/10 - Grape
Mixability: 10/10 completely mixed
PUMP: 7/10 - I had a great pump but it wasn't much different then what i have seen on this stack..
Workout Energy: 8/10 - This was interesting.. I found this to be really clean energy, not 'stim-like' if you know what I mean.
Crash: None to report
Recommend: Not as noticeable an effect as Flashover, Maximize Intense, Superpump250, or Jack3d but I did like the clean energy.. I will try two scoops on another workout and comment. I would recommend yes, for a change to the daily pre-workout.

I prefer Maximize, Flashover and Jack3d as well over Craze right now, i didn't mind the 1 scoop of Flashover and 1 scoop of Craze combo, I'm trying it again now.

I got a lot more from Maximize and Flashover over Craze. As a matter of fact, both M and F gave me more than Jack3d at the same dosages. Have you tried Mesomorph?

Overall Feeling: Felt a lot better today and the pain just below ribcage (above navel) is gone..

Yeah I have, I used to rep for them, sadly they changed the formula of it and has never seemed to be the same, I def prefer Flashover or Maximize more.

Deadlifts: 8,5,5,4,4 (up 10lbs for sets 3 and 4 - although I think I should come down a bit of weight as I am not sure I have the best form when I try to go to heavy)

Another great workout.. Although I will admit after 5 days of FST7 with no break, I am fatigued more than ever. Feels great though and have the weekend off.

I need to do a count to see what I have left. I am thinking I will be entering my last week, due to the extra dosing I have done the last 3 weeks. That being said, I have notice much stronger effects from 6 Anabeta per day and the 9/6 prime protocol.

Overall Feeling: Felt good most of the day...not as good as the previous two but cannot complain. I find FST7 is a hard go when there is no break midweek, but considering I only had 5 days worth of caps left when I hit day one, I really wanted to get all my workouts in with what was remaining.

Endurance: 8...started strong but found my endurance diminished as I closed out triceps..
Strength: 9..felt good and strong and was really happy to hit pr's again in my Bench/Incline and closegrip Bench)
Pump: 10..this was crazy..my biceps were totally pumped even though I wasnt working them directly.. arms killed from it near the end.. good feeling though!
Vascularity: 9 especially in arms..
Recovery: I feel pretty sore all over...chest feels a bit strained too.. thinking next week might be a forced deload.
Sleep Quality: slept really well.
Appetite: at least when the stack ends, food will last in the fridge! Well I hope... that being said 9.

Tomorrow is back/calves.. kinda excited to be closing in on the tail end of the stack.

This was my first log, and I’d have to say that running a log pushed me harder and I definitely feel the stack enhanced my anabolic activity.

I've had no previous experience with either of these products, so cannot speculate as to which might have had more of an effect on me. But I can attest to the fact that together my recovery, endurance, strength, and sleep quality – were all positively impacted. I was also more vascular and had a more prominent pump that lasted longer than normal after my workouts.

I did not notice a change in regards to my libido or aggression, nor did I experience an out of the ordinary sense of well being.

My appetite soared on Anabeta/Prime. It subsided midway through - only to return in the last 10 days with a vengeance.

I found my strength, recovery, and endurance really kicked into high gear after changing my dosing from 4 Anabeta to 6, and adopting the 9/6 protocol for Prime.

Some exercises I thought were noteworthy when it came to strength increases over the 7 weeks were:

· Preacher Curls – 85lbs (4x10) to 95,100,100,95
· Ez-bar Curls – 85lbs (4x10) to 95,105,105,100
· Closegrip Bench – 135lbs (4 x 10) to 150,160,160,155
· Squats – 225lbs (4 x 8) to 235,255,255,245
· Stiff Leg Deadlifts – 140lbs (5 x 8) to 140,155,165,165,155
· Bench Press – 245 (5x5) to 245,255,265,265,260
· Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns - 165lbs (4x12) to 180,180,200,200
· One Arm Dumbbell Rows – 65lbs (4x10) to 75lbs (4x10)
· Deadlifts – 190 (5x5) to 200,210,220,225,225 – (having a lot of trouble with grip and some issues with form)
· Military Press - 140 (4x8) to 140,165,175,17

I would say I experienced a recomp effect. I gained just under 2 lbs, had increased strength and feel much harder, but most of my measurements decreased. Any thoughts here would be appreciated…

Leg half way to knee: 27" to 26”

I would have really liked to have known my BF% before and after, but I have read that the electronic scales are too inaccurate – so didn’t bother, as the results might have been misleading and discouraging.

I really enjoyed this, would recommend Anabeta / Prime stacked together and thank all of those that followed along.
