I would like to ask for comments regarding how (if at all), IGF-1lr3 or perhaps another peptide would help this "condition" I have.
I typically get extremely sore after my usual workouts (example: chest/tri's workout). I will remain horribly sore in the chest and delt/pec tie-in area for days on end. Sometimes when I do deep squats along with leg extensions, leg curls, etc, I will literally be nearly immobilized for days afterwards. Descending stairs involves me using the handrails and walking down them using my arms and a dangling my legs cause they hurt so much (yes, I look like a jackass, but oh well). Can take up to a week to recover.
FYI: My workouts do not go over an hour (even for legs).
Also, as I mentioned in another thread elsewhere, I get sore from doing mundane activities. I recently threw a couple game of darts and my brachialis (side bicep muscle) and forearm were sore. I can bowl a couple of games and my right obliques, forearm, wrist, etc are destroyed.
Will a peptide help with this B.S.? Or will I get even more sore???
What I have done in the last couple of months is drastically alter my lifting regime. I now workout 2-3x/week MAX. I do NOT workout until I am 100% healed (not sore anymore). I do a split upper body workout and a lower bodywork now. I only do a couple exercises per bodypart and I am now keeping it low rep, higher weight. I have noticed I am not only keeping my size, but getting a little bit bigger. Very strange.
Any help & guidance would be great.
