A significant thing with PeptiStrong in general is that because its methods of action are so complex, there are still likely some benefits and some pathways that may not be fully figured out yet.
The product doesn't make you sleepy at all, if anything I think it makes you feel better and more aware during the day. Aware is the only way I can describe it for me, but that may just be me.
I wanted to clarify that because some people confuse something helping improve sleep quality with thinking it makes someone sleepy.
As far as how it does it, I can think of three ways right off:
1) One of the main reasons that a lot of people, especially bodybuilders, struggle with sleep quality is soreness - and Pepti-Plex helps improve recovery and most people notice that in a big way that they're not nearly as sore on it and there's been a lot of great feedback on it for helping with muscle aches and pains too.
2) Apigenin helps improve sleep quality. As good as it is for muscle building and overall health benefits, a lot of people use Api-Plex right before bed for example to help improve their sleep.
3) Feeling refreshed in general throughout the day can help a person sleep better at night. I've noticed this with Pepti-Plex myself is that I just feel better. I have an autoimmune condition that causes muscle weakness and fatigue, and I think Pepti-Plex has helped with that a lot. Honestly, a lot more than I expected it to.
