Chlorophytum Borivilanum (also known as Safed Musli) is an Ayurvedic herb that has been most commonly known in Ayurveda for its aphrodisiac activity and has been commonly marketed in India as an all-natural version of popular erectile dysfunction medications.

Over the last 15 years, there have been numerous studies conducted on its effects.

Chlorophytum Borivilanum has been shown to support increases in natural testosterone levels and to potentially enhance male reproductive capability, including improved semen volume.

Apigenin is a natural flavonoid found in parsley, celery, chamomile, and citrus fruits and is similar to Quercetin, Hesperidin, Luteolin, and Kaempferol. L-Theanine is a calming, relaxing amino acid that is found naturally occurring in tea, especially in green tea. Been taking it for the last week and definitely the dreams are very vivid I noticed an increased improvement in My sleep quality when I take four caps before bed. Even 6 hours of sleep felt like 8 hours.
I'm really enjoying this product it reminds me of a lot of the supplement by USP Labs called "Powerfull" that I used to take years ago that was very effective but was discontinued.

I loved the V1 and I bet this is pretty same or even better. The only "negative" with this formula is 200mg Apigenin. I am ultra sensitive to it. Gives me upset stomach. Makes me feel full, decreased appetite big time. And it last for a long time.

absolutely. With 3 little ones and good amount of time spent around my career I’m stoked when I actually get 7-8 haha. I steadily get like 6. Less I get pretty groggy.

I make sleep a big priority, I try not to ever get less than 8 per night. I know this isn't always possible for everyone, but with how hard I train it just doesn't benefit me when I can't.

I again don't want to judge others, but I personally live my life in an attempt to have plenty of downtime I think many spend too much time trying to always be busy (again I know sometimes that is in regards to family and other circumstances that are beyond control).

Ya I used Powerfull back in the day and didn't notice a ton, so I'll be interested in how this treats me this month, but that also had to be over 10 years ago and I am in a much different (and older) place now.

Overall really enjoying.

Sleep is still really good, I don't remember my dreams a ton, but there are definitely a lot (the ones I do remember are crazy though).

I don't feel a super strong relaxation feeling after, but I take it close to bed and fall asleep pretty quick regardless.

I did feel maybe I had a slight headache the first couple days, but that is something I (unfortunately) am noticing more with any thing that effects my mental state (so not a negative tons of nootropics seem to be like that for me lately). Don't notice it much now, but one thing I am noticing, which could just be due to being more well rested from good sleep, is that I am noticing a bigger boost from my current stim intake and nootropics. I am getting more dialed in and more energy from them than I was the last few months and this is the only change (I've actually lowered stim intake because of the perceived boost right now).

Slight libido boost so far.

Solid stuff, will be picking up another bottle to run for at least 2 months.

So my weight started to drop the last week or so. Macrofactor app has my estimated metabolic rate hitting a sharp increase due to this, so we'll see how this continues.

Also, it is almost like my sleep has "caught up" or my recovery has hit a good new level because I've started to wake up earlier and earlier each day like I don't need as much sleep anymore. Allows me to get a little extra done each day which is nice.

I've been on Growth Factor for about 2 weeks now. I've been taking 4 caps before bed. I'm also stacking with 3 caps of Api-Plex, 3 caps CEL Lipo-Vantage and Glaxon Tranqulity. Tranquility has GABA so not if I am taking too much of it before bed but whatever.

I've noticed deeper sleep and enhanced recovery. Also, the dreams are very vivid and completely random.

it def helps even going thru stress times as i was/am at times.
i have loads up phenibut powder stocked up as well .. and on rough times will do 500mg w/ gaba and works beautifully for me.
