PCT help

I'm running epi 2a3a at 20/30/40/40/50 and PCT 3x and DAA for my pct. Will tamoxifen work just fine or should I go with letro? And how should I dose it?

Tamoxifen is fine. 20/20/10/10 is a solid dosing protocol.

Don't use letro for PCT purposes. It's a very potent aromatase inhibitor, not a SERM.

Good luck with your cycle :)

Tamoxifen is fine. No need for letro unless you start to develop rebound gyno. However the tamoxifen should stop that from happening considering you got legit stuff.

Erase/ or elim1nate
0/0/3/2/2/1 caps per day.

You should add this to pct if your worried

Tamox and DAA will be plenty...
Careful with DAA if you have never used it. It can really elevate prolactin levels in some, which nolva can also do too. Both of those together and you could be asking for trouble. That was the case with me during my pct. However I'm 1 person and I'm sure there's tons who are fine with that combo

Are you a meca of bro science? You really believe nolva increases prolactin? Do show me studies. I know daa does, but does it raise prolactin enough to cause gyno? I highly doubt it.

Sorry bro not trying to throw any bro science. I could have sworn I read studies on it. I'll look for them now. If I can't find any I'll eat crow

I found this study liking tamoxifen to progesterone receptor upregulation: Invalid Link Removed
And this study linking the progesterone receptor to prolactin:

So I guess I was wrong, but in a round about way nolva can cause problems with prolactin. I should have linked studies first though.

No worries mate . From another thread I read it said the up regulation of prolactin/progesterone was in the uterus, which we don't have lol.

there are studies that seem to show that nolva blocks the release of prolactin from the pituitary. from a purely anecdotal perspective nolva works for prolactin gyno. it up regulates the Pr in the uterus where it is an agonist. not in breast tissue where it is an antagonist. of course this study doesn't fully apply to us but it seems to show that tamoxifen can suppress prolactin. i saw others if i can find them. Rep for you good sir!
